GENIUS AFTER % YEARS AND STILL WORKING PERFECT

Hello I am Daría Robles my last order is a white iPhone 12 of 64 gigabytes that I bought in the month of February of 2024 that arrived to me battered in the corners and I have returned it so that they change it to me since I paid it as excellent and the order does not appear in my account nor has arrived to me the last message that is supposed that I had to arrive to my account. Please reply me with a solution Thank you

The phone never turned on, the SIM card broke, and the return was an ordeal. 2 weeks of messages telling me that they would repair it or send me another one, when I only wanted a refund. I will never buy from back market again.

Three months after I bought it, the battery started swelling for no reason, until the phone burst. Very dangerous, especially as it was for my daughter!

The screen was a fake and it fell 1m away and burst and I had to change it on my own and spend another 100€.
