I had a question when I applied for 1-year cover and I never got an answer. I had to validate my date of birth in order to take out this insurance, but it wasn't correct. I was never able to change it, and they couldn't give me any instructions on how to correct the mistake.

Phone arrived and allowed me to set it up before screen froze. Unfortunately I needed a phone that day so ended up paying for a software update which didn’t work and then a new screen. I know i could have sent it back but didn’t have the 7 odd days for a refund or replacement as I needed phone.

Neat phone, there is a very faint red spot in the bottom of the screen, which can only be seen when the screen is black, lit up. On any other colour, not. Battery is fine, otherwise meets expectations!

Very happy with my purchase (apart from Royal Mail not being able to deliver to my work place 🙄 after plenty of instructions) Came securely packaged; fully charged, with lead and rubber case 👍. Would definitely purchase from Back Market again 👍👍

The iPhone was listed as 'very good' - and I received a 'very good plus' device. Maybe 4 minimal scratches (only visible on close inspection), battery still has 96 per cent of its capacity, everything works perfectly! I couldn't be happier.

I received the phone in my letterbox but I was able to open the cardboard packaging without damaging it and close it again. There was no tape or link. it went very well but I don't think it's normal, given the price of phones on the market, to tempt malicious people on the way.
