This is my first purchase of a refurbished phone, I was a little apprehensive about its condition, but after quick receipt I examined my Iphone SE, no defects in appearance, perfect operation. I am very happy with my purchase.

Impeccable from start to finish! Easy choice, attractive refurbished price, payment by Apple Pay, iPhone arrives in less than 48 hours, perfect when your old phone has just given up on you for good... So yes, no new battery, traces of wear, but it's really not dramatic because everything works better than on my old iPhone 7 ... and once the shell in place, the traces disappear;) Perfect, I recommend it! One downside though (if you prefer a # it's possible too), the backmarket site is starting to be too complicated to manage for my iPad 6th generation, a shame for a reconditioning project, why not make the site usable for all devices offered for repurchase? (Fries included ;p)

This is my third order from Back Market and I am always completely satisfied. The fact that I can choose between reconditioning and battery replacement is great and above all it avoids any nasty surprises when the phone is switched on. Price and choice always reasonable I strongly recommend
