Bought two IPhone SE (2020) for the kids and could be happier. Firstly the price was very good. Best we saw for the refurbished ones we wanted. Delivery was very quick. The product was excellent. I left it a little late to open the packages, and was thinking about ordering a case. Not only were they both in amazing condition but they came with a screen protector (already attached), a case, a cable and a stylus. So impressed. I will be back. Thank you for such an amazing produce and equally good service.

Relatively happy with this smartphone, clean, functional and fairly priced. The only downside is the battery, which doesn't last 24 hours (moderate use) and means I have to recharge it at least once a day, something I've never had to do with my Android models. Once I'd received it, the battery capacity was 94%, which on paper is reasonable for a refurbished model, but in practice the battery remains weak compared to my usage. Perhaps I should have bought a new battery as an option. In any case, for my first refurbished purchase, I'm satisfied overall.

This is my third order I have placed on Back Market and again it has exceeded my expectations, I recommend it no 100 % but 1000 %. Smartphone, the one I'm reviewing right now is a 2020 iPhone SE, like new. It has a few slight scratches only visible against the light but they do not affect the daily use of the smartphone. The smartphones are all refurbished and the price, in my opinion more than fair, varies depending on the grade chosen by the user and other features (colour, internal memory capacity, etc.). For sure, if I need another smartphone and I don't, I will buy it on this site because it is excellent, very reliable and has many refurbished products (consoles, PC and console games, smartphones, etc.).

Very good product, well packaged, visually like new and the condition of the battery as brand new. I am an Apple user and it was the first purchase of refurbished iPhone I have made and I was certainly pleasantly surprised, I will definitely repeat.

The phone is in perfect condition and 100% battery. It is a christmas gift so it has not been used yet. 28/12/23 My husband is very satisfied. He only realised it was refurbished when he didn't see the Apple box and asked. Excellent service from Backmarket

I am very satisfied with my purchase. The shipping was fast and the package was very well protected. When I opened it, I was pleasantly surprised to see that the device looked brand new, with no obvious signs of wear and tear. So far, the performance has been flawless, and I have not experienced any problems. I'm glad I opted for a refurbished iPhone, as it gives me the quality I expect from Apple at a more affordable price. I would definitely recommend this option to other buyers!

Needed to upgrade my older phone as updates weren't being supported anymore and causing me issues with apps. I have never ever brought one for myself, got by by using my daughters cast offs for the last 20+years, didn't need anything special, just a working phone etc. Found Back Market by chance, very good prices for reconditioned phones, with four levels of condition choice, I choose premium myself, ordered on a Sunday afternoon, and received about 26 hrs later on Monday. Kept up to date on order and tracking information supplied from moment I purchased. Phone is in exceptional condition, exactly as described, came with soft case, screen protector already fitted, two lightening leads, and information on transferring data from my older phone. I would defiantly use again if the need be, and have no problem in recommending Back Market

3rd purchase on Back market! Not very useful for finding manufacturer reviews (very important as you can see how long the manufacturer has been refurbishing and the reviews). Once validated, it's great: fast delivery but in an envelope in this case, wrapped in bubble wrap (a bit tight though). It's a shame there hasn't been a charging pack or earphones for a long time. Impossible to see the state of the battery (which has been changed). So far this iPhone SE 2020 is working very well! I would recommend...
