The purchase was perfect. It was not the first one and I can't complain about any of them. The product arrived in perfect condition and works perfectly. To date we are delighted with the result of our decision to opt for the reconditioned product.

I was a bit reluctant to order a refurbished phone. Well I am not disappointed, no problem the grade given to the phone is well respected the battery is perfect and no problem with the camera for the moment.

brilliant, ordered one day, came the next. only probably with iPhone X is that audible don't support phones under iOS 17. moving from android I had forgotten how annoying apple and app makers can be. also to anyone doing the same thing. plan your WhatsApp migration properly, I managed to lose all my messages. phone good, service from back market absolutely brilliant.

I bought my mum an iPhone X. It was my first time buying a refurbished phone. Came in excellent edition and looked brand new. And seems so far in great working order.

I bought the iPhone X 64GB - Space Grey - Free, I've had it for a week and everything is fine. They have a good service, I bought the excellent category and apart from the fact that the battery is at 84% (which is within the range of excellent) and that I do not know for sure the quality of the components that have changed, it seems to be as good as new. They send quite a few emails informing you of the tracking of the product which I consider positive although one aspect that could be improved is that in some emails they say that the delivery day is one and in others another, so maybe you have planned to be at home for delivery one day and you get an email telling you that now the delivery day is another day, anyway if you are not at home you can go and pick it up at a parcel shop, so it's not a big deal.

Before making any purchase on the back market, look at the name of the reconditioner and do some research on it. Look at their acceptance rate from other customers to avoid unpleasant surprises! I gladly recommend this refurbisher 🙌🏾

Initially, my tracking information showed that the delivery would be by July 30th, but to my pleasant surprise, it arrived on July 27th. The condition of the phone is outstanding—absolutely no scratches, and it looks as good as new. Additionally, the battery health is at 100%, which is fantastic. The only thing I was disappointed with is that it came with a USB to Lightning cable; I was expecting a Type-C to Lightning charging cable.
