I've got into the habit of taking apart all the smartphones I buy reconditioned. There were some screws missing from the plate that protects the screen battery sockets... Having already had iPhone Xs, I have a few spare parts, so I put in a good battery (the one in place was of poor quality) and put in the screws that were missing.

Hello the iPhone X was delivered in a perfectly secure package after opening it had no scratches.  I put it on, it works wonderfully.I checked the capacity of the battery it is 100% the phone works very well since that day bravo successful reconditioning and I thank you I do not regret my purchase. This is the first time I have purchased a refurbished product and I was quite sceptical! Instead, I received an iPhone X like new, and beautifully packaged... I will definitely be back market shopping again!

I bought a refurbished iPhone X. The phone is fine and in good condition but I’m disappointed with the battery life which is pretty poor and as bad as my old phone (I was hoping for an improvement on that front!). I’ll probably have to buy a new battery as really struggling with this one but in general my experience with Back Market was very good and I’d use them again for refurbished electronics.

iPhone X ordered in very good condition and received almost new before the expected delivery date. Delivered with 100% battery capacity, which is more than expected. perfect condition, no scratches either on the screen or on the contours and shell of the phone. in short, an excellent deal! first purchase on back market and i'm not disappointed i'll be back without any worries 😊

Arrived quickly, I expected it to be in better condition aesthetically but at least it works very well ☺️ (second purchase after returning another refurbished phone after two days with a screen that was peeling off...) I'm very satisfied!

Just perfect. I needed a new phone for my teenage son after he broke his last one. Can’t really afford a new IPhone and also happen to believe that children don’t really need the latest model ( they either get mugged or brake them ). He’s over the moon with his IPhone and I saved some serious money on a refurbished model. Win win.

This is the 9th iPhone I've bought on the site and frankly it's top notch. This iPhone was ordered in "correct condition" and frankly like new with a 100/100 battery. The best Best refurbished product site It's a shame the site doesn't offer a loyalty card, something to think about 😉
