it's the second time I've made a purchase of a refurbished mobile phone on BlackMarket. I must admit that it's a great solution to save money and to have a great device with the features selected according to one's needs and especially the budget. the iPhone I chose in good condition but the aesthetic aspect was more than good, it's practically perfect, the battery is 83%, maybe next time I'll choose with the new one replaced. in short, the service is very useful, the delivery very fast, the price/quality ratio is great.

It literally looks like brand new, not one scratch or a dent. It didn’t come with an original Apple box but in a generic Brown one with orginal cable and orginal screen protection also with orginal case has magnetic, and the iPhone was wrapped in a soft sort of air cushion. Battery life is 87% so still pretty good. If you’re not fussed about getting the absolute latest gear, this is a great way to buy a smartphone which is still top notch quality. Purchased from “ Sandox Ltd”, highly recommended. i have never met before like this company how it nice absolotely in back market this company is number one i’m sure really.

It is the first time I have bought a refurbished mobile phone. I ordered it with a lot of doubts... but as soon as the package arrived I saw that the phone was 10. I ordered it excellent and it has arrived perfect. Impeccable screen, no signs of use, looks brand new. Everything works correctly and the battery came to me 100% healthy and lasts me the whole day with intensive use. Also, it took only two days to arrive since I ordered it. Perfect transport. The phone model is amazing. I had doubts about whether to order the xs Max or a newer model but as I am a lover of large screens I opted for this one and I have been right. totally right. Eternally grateful!

The phone is in great condition, not a scratch, no signs of wear, so overall happy with my purchase. On the other hand the battery has been changed and the iphone doesn't recognise it. it charges normally but as it's not an original battery the performance isn't great... a one hour call used up 80% of the battery. It's frankly average and unfortunately common practice to all sellers here. It's time to demand a net increase in the quality of spare parts used by refurbishers, so it's borderline dishonest. I shouldn't have to charge a refurbished phone twice a day....

I took the reconditioned xsmax iPhone with original battery, I am a bit disappointed the battery discharges very quickly (and I do not last too (one day for simple use) I would say use two to 4 h per day I am forced to recharge thoroughly every day. I'll get used to it and you can't have everything. The phone arrived very quickly in the condition I had chosen, and I regret not having taken the new battery option.

I've never had a problem with backmarket before but when I bought an iPhone XS Max the battery often overheats and in the settings it says it may not be an Apple battery. Should I be worried?

The delivery was great, and the iPhone XS Max in "very good" condition has made a really good impression so far - exactly - very smart. A small nick at the bottom of the frame, nothing else. The battery still has 86%, could of course be more, but it's still untouched, so it hasn't been opened yet, very good. For an occasional user, this is sufficient for quite a while, as long as you know the tricks for reducing battery consumption. All in all, I am very satisfied.
