I have always bought reconditioned phones from Back Market and it has always gone well. I'm disappointed with this order. I bought an iPhone XS in very good condition because one of the selling points was a minimum 85% battery. The device I received showed only 80%. When I try to report this in the help centre, there is no solution, only advice... I would have liked to have been offered a solution or a commercial gesture for this.

Unfortunately, the iPhone displays "Important battery message - Unable to check if this iPhone has an original Apple battery". I am therefore unable to assess the quality/health of this iPhone's battery. This is a shame. For the rest, and in terms of value for money, I'm satisfied. There's virtually no trace of use of the smartphone before it was reconditioned.

For some time now I've been buying my smartphones from Backmarket and so far it's always gone well, so I invite my friends and family to buy refurbished by Backmarket! The service and delivery are fast and efficient, and we can only congratulate ourselves for making a small ecological gesture 🍀🌾♣️ Long live Backmarket. (I've bought 2 top-of-the-range smartphones and I don't regret it).

despite being of the lowest grade externally it is very mede, internally everything works and is perfect. Sometimes the recharge does not exceed 80% despite the fact that I have deactivated optimised recharge. I don't know why it does this but I think it's a problem with all refurbished at this point, because it's not the first time it's happened to me. Currently BackMarket the best refurbished site I have bought from.

Device in very good condition, works very well. Disappointed, however, by the reconditioning: use of a non-Apple battery and therefore permanent battery problem message in the Settings menu 🤨

I was honestly a little scared cause it was my first time getting a refurbished product and good lord the phone was absolutely beautiful and spotless.It looks brand new like it has never been touched the battery capability was a 100% it came with an actual apple cord and a sim ejector...I highly recommend buying from here cause its really worth it.Thank you back market.

The phone works great, it was a gift for my daughter and she is delighted. Neither the back nor the screen had a single scratch, the battery is 100%. It's the first time I've bought a refurbished phone and I'm very happy. Of course, when we have to renew a terminal at home, we won't buy it new.

Honestly I thank you for making refurbished: - Super cheap price, allows you to treat yourself - a product that looks like new, outside and inside - no battery problems (very important) So I am very happy to have taken reconditioned, see new I have the impression from time to time
