A real new work friend! For what I do (a lot of word processing, opening several pages at the same time, watching videos/streaming and editing videos) it works really well. It's fast and doesn't heat up much. The battery, for a refurbished computer, lasts as well as a new one with my usage. So I'm really happy and satisfied with my purchase. Maybe I was lucky, but I don't think so. It's really a reconditioning, and a quality purchase.

The packaging is a bit scary, but it arrived on time and works very well. No cosmetic problems, nor any operating problems detected to date, and the battery lasts well... classic for this type of PC, but great for a refurbished one ("like new" option).

I bought it in "perfect condition". It has (very) small marks all over it. I also find that it heats up a little. Otherwise I don't see any problems. I just hope it doesn't have any future problems.

Very good little computer, the only brand (Lenovo) that I buy since I stopped taking Toshiba (2 for Toshiba, and this is my 2nd Lenovo) effectively backlit keyboard but ineffective keys, because like other customers stickers on the keys. Otherwise, I'm very satisfied with the rest, especially with Windows 10 Pro. BACK MARKET , the only place where I buy my phones, my computers, and no question of changing

My son is absolutely thrilled with his purchase with some Christmas and Birthday money he received. He wanted a laptop that he could compose music on and programme on Scratch with like he does at school and this is ideal. I think his laptop is better than ours!

Received faster than expected, in a relay point, good communication from the deliverer. The PC was very well packed and protected in the packaging. It's working perfectly at the moment, nothing to complain about. Delivered with the brand charger, in perfect condition. To be seen in the long term, but for the moment I'm fully satisfied with my purchase, made in a hurry to replace my PC which had broken down.

The only problem is that it's in Windows 10 and I'm not sure I'll be able to upgrade it to Windows 11. Windows 10 support ends in October 2025. otherwise it's perfect, in better condition than I thought. a big clean-up has been done. thanks

Overall I'm satisfied, everything looks OK so far. The only thing is the keyboard. It's not really an azerty keyboard, so there are stickers on some of the keys ... and you can already see that they're going to wear out quickly.

Very good product which also smelled very pleasantly of oranges (I really don't know how they managed that), top price, top delivery time and very cool emails and good selection of devices :)
