Very simple order, apple keyboard received very quickly to equip my ipad pro at a moderate price without additional pollution and which will improve my use. A good first experience of refurbished ^^

I ordered the Magic Keyboard Folio from BackMarket on the 9th of July, together with the iPad Pro 11 and Apple Pencil. I must say that at first I was afraid that (as the few negative reviews said) the products would not arrive or that they would be damaged or of low quality. Well what can I say: Magic Keyboard arrived together with the iPad a day early, well packaged both and as soon as I opened them they were perfect! Not a single scratch, just a quick wipe and it was literally as good as new, complete with personalised letter and invoice. If you're on the fence about buying here or just looking, trust me it's the best refurbished electronics site around🙏.

Arrived quickly and in excellent condition. Working well. Only concern is that the box didn’t say Apple on it, or have the Apple symbol, which made me wonder about the validity. Is this because you make the boxes when you recondition the AirPods?

Very happy with my purchase was slightly worried about buying refurbished however upon arrival no issues and very happy with the service provided would highly recommend buying refurbished as they feel brand new down to the unboxing experience

Nothing to say! Received earlier than advertised. No nasty surprises on receipt. Clean packaging. Turning now to the AirPods Pro (2nd gen), they were there! Both in their MagSafe, in perfect condition as stipulated at the time of purchase. I tested them and they worked perfectly and the sound quality was there (listening on Spotify). I hesitated a lot with the Sony models but with my iPhone I had to get the AirPods which, according to all professional opinions and tests, are still the best Bluetooth headphones on the market, especially when paired with an iPhone. I haven't yet been able to test them on a phone call. In short, I'm happy with the reconditioning, thank you Backmarket and Lombardo Shop.

Bought it 1? years ago, said to be in "perfect condition", and for several months now the case has been discharging at lightning speed. Now it doesn't charge at all. In short, it worked well for a while, and it's still reconditioned. But it's still too expensive for it to last just one year, in my opinion.

Order received well before the expected delivery date, so top notch! I've had the AirPods for a week and a half now and frankly I don't feel like I've bought a refurbished pair as the quality is incredible! For my first purchase on backmarket I'm more than delighted!

Perfect reconditioned but new for me in view of the air pods casing and sound quality. In short, I'm becoming a fan of back market for the seriousness, quality and well-being of our planet.

The charger arrived quickly and intact, very clean and with a small reconditioner's sticker attached (which in my opinion, does not affect the aesthetics). It came in a shipping envelope, with bubble wrap inside, but I still think it was well protected. The seller even included a small packet of goodies! I would repeat and recommend it
