can't grumble and fit a refurb it's working pretty good. even got it to play my pc pass for Xbox live. very handy and I've got videos and photos to edit on it

A good product with 1 or 2 minor drawbacks. The tablet performs quite well. I'd have given it 5 stars if it wasn't for one thing in particular: an (invisible) line on the screen that seems to be completely insensitive to digital contact. As a result, whenever I want to click on the first line of my Gmail messages or sometimes on the bar of a video, nothing happens. I have to move the application or browser around the screen to be able to touch the section I'm interested in. It's a bit annoying and a shame. Well, at this price, I'm not going to send the tablet back for that. Everything else works fine! Thanks Backmarket.

It is perfect. It's a good tablet. I had one just like it before and paid more than three times as much for it. I just hope the battery lasts a long time because it is not possible to replace it without damaging the screen.

It works very well I just want to change the keyboard for an azerty one but on the whole it's fine.

I bought this Surface Pro 4 and have had it for a few weeks. Bought it exclusively for work use which includes web browsing only. The battery lasts maybe two hours in this use even with power saving which means it is probably exhausted. In terms of scratches I expected it to be less having bought the 'intermediate' version instead it has clear signs of wear. Let's just say that I had to compensate for this by also buying an additional external battery otherwise you don't even get through the morning. For what is my use at the moment it's enough for me and for the amount spent we'll see how long it lasts (it's my first purchase from this site). Overall rating 7/10
