The communication was really good! Unfortunately the laptop periodically got a BSOD, error code WHEA_UNCORRECTABLE_ERROR. Which meant there is a hardware issue in the cpu, fortunately I managed to fix it. Then again, it is a refurbished laptop so I cannot complain ;)

Hello, The product received does not correspond to the one chosen. I had ordered an MSI GL62 6QF-1606FR 15" Core i5 2.3 GHz - HDD 1 To - 8 Go - NVIDIA GeForce GTX 960M AZERTY - French and the one I received only had 256 GB of storage capacity. Since the one I chose is out of stock, I'd like a credit note so that I can recommend a computer in the same price range. I'd also like to point out that this is the 5th computer I've ordered from you in 6 months. All the other computers correspond well to my choices. I just have a small problem with the E7270 latitude in terms of the screen which is not "stable" and which I cannot send back to you as it is used for work. Greasy handprints and the charger a bit eaten away, that's the only negative point. ... I've written this message and the PC has just crashed. So it remains to be seen whether it's because it's overheating or because I've overloaded it with games :( But otherwise it's great!

This is not the first time I have bought from this site, but it is the 1st time I have done so with Bazartech. I am a demanding customer and I must say that my expectations were largely exceeded during this transaction. Living in Greece, I'm used to delivery times being longer than average (10 to 12 days), but my computer arrived in 4 days! It was listed as being in "Good condition" and I got a computer that's as good as new; the only thing missing is a manual, but I'm getting by with Google. It's even cooler than the photos and I'm absolutely delighted with it. Bazartech, you're top notch and we'll be seeing you again. Thank you for your professionalism, it's become so rare.

It's a present for my son for Christmas. So for now, I've just loaded it up and put it into action (wifi code and Google account) and my first impressions are favourable. It's very nice, in very good condition visually. I'll have to wait and see when my son uses it.

The item corresponds to the description. However I found it unprotected in transit (although I have no problems to report) and relatively dirty. The keyboard and screen were stained with white marks and there's a ding on one corner of the keyboard. It's not too bad, but for a £800 purchase you'd expect a bit more care (even for a refurbished one).
