Robust phone, battery that still lasts 1 full day after several weeks. I feel that it will last me many more years. As for value for money, this is the first time I've been happy with 1 phone. It took me a while to get used to its size, but it's true that it's big and quite heavy. I recommend it with my eyes closed. Otherwise, the reconditioning is good but the cable supplied is not the right one.

This is my first refurbished mobile phone, and it's actually in "very good" condition. It works perfectly, and the battery performance is also good for me (lasts almost 2 days with moderate use without videos and games). The external condition is excellent; I have not discovered any scratches or similar. I find it unexpectedly good that a screen protector was already applied and it was almost perfect (apart from a tiny air pocket that doesn't bother me) - I probably wouldn't have managed it that well. A very small drawback: the power supply connector has a small crack, which could be repaired with a strip of insulating tape. The handling with BackMarlket was flawless. This will not have been my last refurbished device.

The Nokia G50 unlocked and in blue was delivered on time as it was supposed to, condition was better than described and is working great, comes with all leads charger and instructions, will recommend Back Market to anyone

This was a replacement of a Nokia 7.2 with 64GB, I am completely satisfied. 1 issue, the pin key supplied to open the chip holder was not compatible i.e. long enough. I improvised with a safety pin and all is well. Thank you Back Market for your service.

The delivery and reconditioning were top notch, not a scratch, but the product itself had more and more bugs. Now it doesn't receive calls, doesn't always make them, lots of services don't work properly despite being returned to factory condition.

I bought a Nokia X10 phone for my 87 year old mother. Mainly because I have a phone of this type, which I am happy with. My mum is well into the world of android 13. Both my mother and I are very happy with our purchase.

I am very satisfied with the mobile phone, it is already my 3rd Nokia. It is easy and clear to use and the battery lasts about 3 days, really great for a used mobile phone! The only downside was that the charging cable supplied didn't fit.
