Delighted with this Dell Latitude 5320 Laptop. If I hadn't been told refurbished, I would have taken as brand new. Works like a dream, why did I wait so long? My daughter recommended Back Market as she has used for her son's school work. I was so thrilled, my husband updated his tablet & equally delighted.

I have received the "Dell Latitude 7300 13" Core i7 1.9 GHz - SSD 512 Go - 16 Go AZERTY - Français". All the software I normally use works correctly. Perhaps the only downside is the permanent scratches on the back of the device. But these are the risks of reconditioned products. Summary: Completely satisfied.

Received without a hitch, just like my previous orders. I don't use it much as it's only for personal use at home. I chose the Dell brand because it's unsurprising and it's the one we've always had at the office. The 'very good condition' tag leaves me wondering, though, as there's a huge scratch on the top cover of the PC. My biggest fear was the state of the battery, knowing the problem of reconditioning, but to my great surprise it held up well for hours after charging. Nothing to complain about, it's a good buy and I'm happy with it.

I bought a reconditioned DELL laptop for my husband as an anniversary gift. I chose to do it this way for a few of reasons 1)this is his first laptop 2)environmental concerns 3)great value for money I am delighted to say he was totally over the moon and is enjoying having his own laptop at last.

Scratches on the top shell, flawless screen and brand new keyboard. Everything is exactly as described. 2019 laptop according to the Dell drivers site, which I also recommend. Upgraded seamlessly to Windows 11 Pro via full formatting. Reconditioned and sold by LAPTOPC Store. Very satisfied.

Honestly can't fault anything. I was looking for days unable to decide, then the device came down another £30 and it was too good not to. Laptop arrived a day before expected (bonus 1). Laptop has touchscreen even though the tech specs state it does not (bonus 2). The battery life is actually impressive and I am surprised given the laptop is refurbished (bonus 3) Condition of the laptop is very good, I ordered the "Fair" condition and honestly other than a very light scratch on the outer top case, it's perfect (bonus 4) All in all I am very satisfied with my purchase and would not hesitate to recommend to anyone.

A very good product. I'm really surprised by the quality of the reconditioning. The only downside is that there are two dead pixels on the screen (it's a shame we weren't told about this when we bought it).

This is my first purchase of a refurbished computer and the condition of my laptop is impeccable, in line with its specifications. Delivery was quicker than expected and very well packaged, but the parcel was dropped off at a different location than the one I had indicated (1.2 km from the delivery address). Apart from that, everything went well. Thank you for your attention.

PC received ahead of schedule. Perfectly packaged for safe transport. On examination, signs of wear that I had not anticipated on the bottom.... But it's simply that the definition of Grade is different between the refurbisher and Backmarket. Note that these traces are limited to an invisible area when using the machine. From a software point of view, the machine is well configured under Windows 11 Pro with no apparent errors and a correctly configured BIOS too. RAS Satisfied with this purchase, which should last a long time given the construction of the PC!
