I was disappointed in the operations of the laptop. More disappointing that an excellent pick could be operating like that at first buy.

This is the first time I have ever purchased a refurbished product online and, apart from an acceptable delay in delivery (mostly to be blamed on the shipper, given the Christmas period), it was an experience I will repeat and highly recommend to anyone who wants to upgrade their digital devices, but is stuck with the high cost of new ones. The computer I bought, a Lenovo ThinkPad X13 13", is practically new and, for some features such as the trackpoint, looks like it has never been used. Considering the price and the configuration (I will also use it with graphics programmes), it was a bargain. Especially for me, who after years of Apple 'machines' had long wanted to reopen myself to the world with an operating system like Windows. The purchase experience was also positive due to the attention paid by the BackMarket support service, which answered some of my questions promptly, and by the supplier himself, Lorenzo of TECH-AWAY SRL, who even called me (twice!) to find out if everything was OK.

I am delighted with my purchase of the asus Zenbook from Back Market. The product arrived in perfect condition, well packaged and exactly as described. The design is sleek, light, and ultra-thin, making it an ideal choice for working on the move. The screen is crisp and bright, providing an excellent viewing experience for work and play. Performance-wise, the PC is fast and responsive, even with multiple applications open. What's more, buying refurbished means you're doing your bit for the environment and saving money at the same time. I highly recommend it!

Good little laptop. No issues with the product itself. Only problem is Backmarket seem to have issues sending proper products. Bought this as the first refurbished laptop I bought from them had a broken charger and the charging port was very loose. This laptop arrived in better condition but the wifi chip was not installed properly so I had to take the laptop apart and fix it myself. It also had not been factory reset. Seems like they need better quality control.

I needed a fairly basic laptop for work, mostly for internet research and photo storage but didn’t want to buy new for such a small amount of work. As usual the exact thing I needed was available for a very reasonable price on your website. I’m sold on your refurbished tech, it’s always good quality and as well as being affordable it’s eco friendly. Good job once again guys!

The delivery went very smoothly, quickly and without any problems. The computer is perfect for what I expected of it. No bugs, no worries! I've had it for just over a month, and I hope to keep it for a long time. Really happy with my experience with back market, second refurbished device with them, I recommend.

The laptop was in excellent condition and arrived quickly. There was a good selection to choose from and the whole process was really easy. This was my first time purchasing a reconditioned laptop and I would definitely do so again from Back Market.

After questioning the refurbisher, BackMarket's customer service took the trouble to check that I hadn't made a mistake in my order for 2 identical laptops, one with a French keyboard and the other with a Spanish keyboard. I was very pleased that they had done this and that the order arrived on time and perfectly packaged.

Delighted with this Dell Latitude 5320 Laptop. If I hadn't been told refurbished, I would have taken as brand new. Works like a dream, why did I wait so long? My daughter recommended Back Market as she has used for her son's school work. I was so thrilled, my husband updated his tablet & equally delighted.
