Phone not in acceptable working condition, battery doesn't charge, easily cleanable dust and dirt around camera housing, no effort made to clean it. Awful experience, will not shop from Back Market in future

The phone was in good condition as described, with only a few minor signs of use. Doesn't even make a difference to me anyway as the first thing I bought was a protective folding case which covers the back of the phone, and the screen is immaculate. Battery life is as I would expect from any high powered smartphone, and probably better than I would expect from a used one. As a bonus, the "warp charge" feature on this model lets me go from 20% to full in about half an hour, so I'm sure battery life wont be much of an issue even when it starts to deteriorate in the future. That said, I would have liked a warp charger to be included in the deal as it's a feature specific to this phone, and my old charger didn't have the output for it. I do understand the sustainability aspect of not sending unnecessary chargers with every phone though, and can't complain at the price. All in all, I've had the phone about a month now and can't find fault with it at all, so a very happy customer!

For the second time, I ordered a used, refurbished phone from Back Market at the right price and have not regretted it! The product arrived quickly and in excellent condition. No scratches or dents on the exterior. The original OnePlus fast charging cables and 65W plug adapters were not included in the package, but they are already found in the back of mine. However, a generic charger cable with plug adapter for charging the phone was included in the package.

Hello. The phone works well despite a problem at start-up with the Oneplus launcher which crashed. I had to format the phone in factory mode and now there is no problem. The phone heats up at times. Otherwise it is as agreed in very good condition. Thank you

There was a bit of a scare when the phone first started up, as it took a long time (several hours) before it exceeded 1% charge. But once the battery was charged, there were no more problems. The OnePlus supercharge works, the autonomy is good and the screen works well. After 1 month's use, there's nothing to say!

The only complaint I can have is that there is no original usb cable nor charger. Fortunately I had my old ones at home, but since one of the main chararacteristic of the phone is the quick charge, the lack of cable/charger is a drawback.

The delivery and tracking of the BM was very smooth, which is what we expect from an efficient service provider. thank you. As for the OnePlus9pro, it corresponds to the information provided on the site. It is true that the autonomy is not exceptional but with my use is 1 hour 30 car per day, I have no worries about autonomy.
