This is my first order from Back market, frankly nothing to complain about. I received them quickly and well amballer and the TV works perfectly.

I ask solution and has not responded me buy a tv and comes without being able to do reset there are buttons that do not let me do anything.... I asked to return it but they do not come to my house. I need solutions please.

Good morning, the TV has in the upper right side a crack, to put that the state was excellent, the packaging fatal, they could have put in a cardboard box instructions, remote control, etc., and not in a plastic bag, so far the TV is correctly, a greeting
