The machine wont work, a red flashing light showing up and i watched videos online as to what could be the problem but theres none, its just a faulty machine and im having problems with returning it as i dont have the sellers real name or address for a return, only to a shopping cnetre

I was lucky to find this pot at half price was what I was looking for for my wife!!! Product in perfect like-new condition, even if the parcel arrived a bit ruined ... However the delivery time was respected:

Very satisfied with my order, the device arrived in great condition and works perfectly, a downside on the box that packed the original box, may be a little light, it was damaged in places, surely due to the "delicacy" of the delivery. The device itself was well protected in its box, fortunately there were no knocks. I was very pleased with the service and the quality of the product. I would recommend Back Market 100%.

Hello, I have just received my order. I would like to point out that the spatula with the safety disc and the user guide are missing. I haven't tried the appliance yet. So I can't comment on its overall performance. I've put the stars randomly so that my message gets through. I'll be able to tell you more later. Even if the box wasn't in very good condition, the inside was well protected. Sincerely

The creami is good and good condition. However it came with NO instruction manual or recipe guide (which the original would have had). The QR code sticker on the top of the device only had the safety instructions and trouble shooting ideas. I had to go online to find the instruction manual and basic Creami instruction guide and print it myself so not ideal.

After use I validate. Pro seller! I received the appliance as new and it came with its tongs and quick start guide + recipe booklet, so it's pretty complete. As for the packaging, there was nothing to complain about, the box was well cared for and the appliance was well secured inside when I received it. So I'm very satisfied, given the new price.
