For my first refurbished console, I'm amazed at the quality! Nothing to complain about, it's perfect! Clean, very good packaging and it works like a charm! I'd definitely do it again! And I have to admit that the one-year guarantee is more than reassuring and encouraged me to make the purchase! Warm and lively recommendation and I always keep an eye on everything on the site!

I had ordered from BackMarket before and had always selected the excellent condition option... but this time I was really surprised; the refurbisher had the nice gesture of (apart from delivering a console in stunning condition, boxed and all original) including Xbox Live and Gold redeemable cards in the box. It arrived earlier than expected and included all the necessary cables and the controller with new batteries. I honestly feel I paid very little for what I received (must be because I'm used to other types of refurbishments). So yes, I would highly recommend it. 1000000/10

Console arrived quickly, very well protected. Surprise on unpacking: not a black console, but a white one, with a message saying that it was a special edition (rather than the one ordered, which didn't meet the quality criteria). So even better than expected. No scratches, no signs of wear. It works very well, like new. The controller supplied too. Exactly as advertised. 1 year warranty. I would definitely recommend BackMarket. It's not my first purchase, and every time it's a success.

Very good purchase experience, nothing to report! I'm very pleased with the delivery, it was very well packaged and the console was very well protected. The console was very well protected. The condition is as described, everything is functional and nothing is missing. But the joystick is damaged and has no coating, which is a great shame and could have been specified in the advert. A real shame.

Exactly as described. The only thing missing is a glide on the underside of the console. small downside: excessively long preparation by the supplier and many problems during transit of the parcel. Fortunately, the seriousness and extreme competence of BACK MARKET's customer service (with a special mention to Prisca) enabled us to solve all the problems we encountered. Many thanks again!

going from an Xbox one to Xbox one x, the settings took longer than expected (Qled TV) but the results were satisfactory. the only downside is that in some games the picture jerks, but that's not due to the console, just to my settings... very happy with my purchase, thank you.

absolutely brilliant. The box was still in good condition. The controller and console had no issues. The only problem is that I did find the charging cable for the controller apart from that well done Back Market very satisfied
