The product is perfect, not a slight scratch, everything works perfectly and so far I am delighted with this purchase, I have a great mobile at a practically ridiculous price.the truth is that I recommend the purchase of these refurbished phones, I had my doubts, but today I am fully more than satisfied.thank you.

The Xiaomi 11T Pro 256 Gb phone arrived the first of the expected days, the battery seems to be in excellent condition, considering that the phone is not new, externally there are no scratches or signs of wear, there are some micro scratches on the display but they are not noticeable, overall I am fully satisfied and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a good second-hand phone, Maurizio

The xiaomi 11 t pro is top, buy in very good condition, more powerful than my old redmi Note 8 pro and charge much faster, but some problems to detect when the tip is in the port, after it must be said that I got for 130 € instead of 180 €, super profitable!

The mobile phone is practically as good as new for real, the selection of conditions probably goes a long way in ensuring that it is in impeccable, at least physical, condition. The only thing to note is that the battery does not charge too easily, in spite of what is assured for this model with Xiaomi chargers and cables, which makes my nose twitch; I won't comment yet on its durability, although it seems very good. There is also a separate discussion to be made about the backmarket packaging: although made with sustainability in mind, which is a commendable element, it runs the risk of the mobile phone in question arriving practically pulverised: in this case, when the box arrived it was half crushed, probably due to the carelessness of the couriers, and when I opened the box the device was miraculously unharmed, and I speak of a miracle because there are literally no elements inside the packaging that could protect it. The screen is in direct contact with the cardboard, the phone itself is left floating in a cardboard compartment that 'should' hold it in place and protect it from shocks but in fact never could, as the device was smaller than the compartment needed to hold it in ...

For my first order on Back Market, I would like to express my general satisfaction with the service offered. However, I have to report a slight delay in delivery, which I suspect was due to logistical constraints associated with the 2024 festive season. Although the overall quality of the service is good, and regular emails are sent to inform of the progress of the delivery, this prolonged wait deserves to be highlighted.

Despite a few touch, ignition and battery bugs, I'm satisfied with the product. The only problems are : - a short-lived battery - recurring touch problems - sometimes I have to press 4/5 times to turn the screen on

I already had this model, so I decided to stick with this one, which is reliable and sturdy. As for the one from Back Market, nothing to say, the battery is holding up, the screen is clean and the back is almost brand new, with barely visible micro-scratches, really. I'd definitely recommend it.

I chose an old flagship at 75% off its value rather than a new mid-range model: the materials are of better quality, the camera is of better quality, the charging speed is much better, and there are lots of little details that mean that even 2 years after its release the Xiaomi 11T Pro is far from being outdated. The parcel arrived very quickly from the Baltic States, around 2-3 days max. As for the grade, I can't see any difference between "very good" and "average": there are no micro-scratches: it looks like the glass and screen are brand new. For future purchases I'll take the cheapest grade. In any case, the screen and back are protected and hidden by a shell, so it doesn't matter what the initial cosmetic state is.

Very good support from Back Market and what's more, a quality product. Huawei 11T pro lives up to my expectations with super fast charging for busy mums like me. Thank you for your professionalism and for the very good value for money.
