It's a scam. The phone you get is not the phone you paid for. Please take advice and not order from this company. Customer service does not resolve the issue and doesn't seem surprised that fraud is regular in their company

Very satisfied with the purchase. I had never bought a refurbished phone before for fear of what I would receive but my experience has been very good. I chose "very good" condition of the phone and it arrived perfect. The only "flaw" is a small spot on the back case of the phone as if it had taken a sticker and had gone a little brightness, but it is barely noticeable and with the case the phone is new. The screen is perfect, not a mark, and the battery lasts two days. Apparently a new mobile, unused, with the only almost unnoticeable detail of the casing. Without a doubt, when I have to renew a mobile phone, one of my main options will be BackMarket.

The product is perfect, not a slight scratch, everything works perfectly and so far I am delighted with this purchase, I have a great mobile at a practically ridiculous price.the truth is that I recommend the purchase of these refurbished phones, I had my doubts, but today I am fully more than satisfied.thank you.
