PC received ahead of schedule. Perfectly packaged for safe transport. On examination, signs of wear that I had not anticipated on the bottom.... But it's simply that the definition of Grade is different between the refurbisher and Backmarket. Note that these traces are limited to an invisible area when using the machine. From a software point of view, the machine is well configured under Windows 11 Pro with no apparent errors and a correctly configured BIOS too. RAS Satisfied with this purchase, which should last a long time given the construction of the PC!

Purchased an HP Elitebook in August. Prompt delivery within the timeframe announced. Happy with this purchase. At the beginning of October an unexplained breakdown, the return of the device was very easy and a week later the repaired device was delivered by chronopost. Good information along the way. Back Market and the Grey agency seem very serious to me.

Delivery a little long but arrived before Christmas 👍 Works very well. One small area (2mm) on the screen with lighter pixels visible especially on a white background. The top still had traces of sticker glue but I was able to clean them off. For the price and the way I use it, I'm satisfied with this purchase.

The hard drive works fine in my ACER v3 571G laptop. I use it as an internal SSD drive, which was easy to install. the external hard drive enclosure opens easily, and the SSD can be disconnected just like that. It works like a charm in the laptop

Delivery was on time. The PC is as advertised. Externally it is in very good condition, the characteristics are good. I only switched it on 5 minutes after receiving it, the battery seems to be holding out, to be continued. The PC was supplied with Windows 11 which was not activated. The seller got back to me very quickly to fix the problem. The only real problem that I hadn't noticed at first was that the keyboard is AZERTY. But it's a Belgian keyboard. All the special keys are in different places to a French keyboard. Rather annoying and not mentioned in the advert. Not exactly legit... So I'm downgrading the aesthetics rating because there's no rating for the fact that the product is really what you'd expect.

IPad Pro 11 received in careful packaging. Condition as described, i.e. almost new and correctly reconditioned.

Delivery met my expectations. Product in perfect condition and arrived within the stated timeframe. HP EliteBook clocked at 2.8GHz (and not 3 GHz - a recurring remark about this type of equipment sold on your site).

Product received within the estimated delivery time. The computer is in very good condition, with hardly any signs of wear. Delivered in a well-padded cardboard box to avoid potential breakage in transit, with the charger.

Excellent laptop for the price, entry-level in terms of gaming, I don't think that with this graphics card I'll be able to run big shaders, or push quality and performance to the max, even if it supports rtx. Good value for money. I'd definitely recommend it.
