Super hot purchase, working absolutely perfect .Definitely worth trying back market.

Absolutely crap SITE and service. Phone only slow charges with any cable, the cable that comes with it is a joke. In the end I replaced this crap with a brand new phone same model for €7 more. Never use this site. Customer service doesn't exist and the details sent to me to return the faulty phone won't work. Buy anywhere but here.

Not great battery life but good product otherwise.

Order placed and received very quickly (2 days). The parcel was very well packed. The phone was bought in very good condition and is very clean. No problems with the first few uses and the battery (reconditioned) seems to be holding up well. Very happy with my purchase!

I've received the Oppo Find X3 Pro and I have to say it's perfect. Near-new condition, superb screen and photo quality and impeccable audio quality. The only complaint is that it comes without its charger and cable, and that's a real shame. Philippe A

I've had the phone for almost 1 month now and I'm really pleased with it. I can't tell the difference between a reconditioned phone and a new one (I bought a brand new one for my daughter which cost me twice as much).

Very good service as is often the case with Backmarket, I received my phone earlier than expected, well packaged with a charging cable. The phone is in very good condition despite being ordered at the correct level and I'm very pleased with the condition of the battery too. It's a nice change from my very old iPhone 6. I recommend the Avegott refurbisher.

Buying an s20 fe in "fair condition", I don't mind the phone having scratches and dings around the edges. But to end up with a phone that has been reconditioned with a "burnt" screen is a bit much for the price. (Burnt screen = screen with marks. When the screen displays a white page, you can see yellowed marks in the background. In this case, you can see the tiktok home page). Not crazy coming from a professional.

Received with a network cable that does not work, against all odds, I managed to contact the Sav Backmarket by phone, hoping to have a guarantee that the phone will be repaired or at least replaced by the same model, but no way of knowing apart from waiting to be presented with a fait accompli ... for my part SAV disappointing, no means of contact with the reconditioner
