The delivery and packaging all perfect from back market. My issue is with the buds themselves. Good when listening to music but terrible when watching a video. The noise comes so weird and have looked and there's not a fix. Also pretty well known but the phone calling is pretty poor. Overall good for music only, not much else. Glad I paid back market price, not full price.

Item as per description, Very good quality, still in progress of testing the battery but in general I'm very pleased with the purchase and service by Back Market is First Class!!! Thank you. Will be using it again for sure!

I had done my homework on Back Market, who the CEO was, checked LinkedIn and verified the company registered number in France prior to purchasing. Was easy to purchase once I made the decision on which phone. Tge options were plenty, purchased online, item was delivered and payment was made. I had phone for a few days before setting up, the usual smaetcswitxh situation and ensuring all items were backed up before transferring. Once I'd switched over to the new phone all has run smoothly. Battery life seems to be okay, a lot better than my previous phone, new phone came with USB/C end charging cable. Condition of the phone was super, looked brand new and I'd selected for my purchased tge middle option (think it said 'good'). All said I have been pleasantly surprised by the experience. Navigating the web page was easy and had plenty iPhones to chose from. Prices were competiré and after comparing Back Market had the price for my budget. I bought an iPhone 14 Plus and has zero marks of wear and tear, battery is working to its normal functionality despite of second hand. Overall, I’m delighted with my purchase and certainly recommend this place for buying / upgrading your gadgets.

pretty good. The watch was in great condition when it arrived, but I was expecting a bit more from the battery if I'm honest. I am only getting a little more than a day from a watch that should run for 2 and a half days. I know it's second hand but I thought that the battery might have been in better shape. but I still love the watch and was already used to charging every night anyway. btw if you are planning on getting one of these because of the charge 'share' option by Samsung.. don't bother. it doesn't work.

I love my refurbed Xiaomi mi10T pro 5g it's a great phone, only one thing holding this review back- the battery. I'm doing my best to conserve it but I always have to carry a charger and it's stressful!

Bought for.my wife. This is a brilliant, compact, lightweight and easy to use phone that has a decent camera and battery. My wife found it very easy to use, it is great to hold and its as light as a feather.

I purchased the Galaxy S21 Ultra 512GB model in good condition and it did arrive in good condition indeed. Screen - mint condition. I'm very happy, only thing is I had to get a fast charger for it. Also, battery is somewhat average but in fairness I didn't expect it to be much better anyway (lasts about a day with medium usage). Shopping experience was absolutely fantastic 👌 💯 I would highly recommend this company to anyone.
