Refurbished Tablet was in excellent as new condition. Easy to set up and migrate existing apps and user. Tablet comes with Android 10 version which is compatible with most popular apps. Storage is 64GB which is plenty for storing e-books and media player files. Screen is 10 inches which is a nice size for reading news apps, or playing video files. Impressed with the tablet fast response For the price and overall quality it is a good buy.

Revived a refurbished IPhone 11 from Back Market, could not believe the great condition of the phone. Would recommend and will use again in the future.

This was my first purchase from Black Market and it's unlikely to be my last. I had lost my Samsung S10 and due to a very long illness and financial strapped I just could not afford a fancy new phone. I looked high n low with a budget of €180.00. I saw the Xiaomi 12T with 256kgb in a striking blue looked fab and was a 2022 model with 5g lost of other fab features to booth. The phone in 3 days 😀 very well packaged and in perfect condition much better than I expected. I've had three weeks and only charged it twice I'm not a heavy user but the battery is great. I'm very happy with the Xiaomi 12T and a fab service from Black Market. Would highly recommend.

Fast delivery which was great. Quality of my refurbished Samsung s21+ was near perfect. Zero scratches or marks on the phone. Have had the phone about a month now and still perfect. The charging cable was not a fast charge cable but not a big deal as had one from previous phone. Would highly recommend backmarket.ie, and I will be shopping here again in future.

I don’t think this is the seller’s fault, it’s 100% Backmarket. The laptop arrived with a fake charger that was not Apple. It stated this nowhere on the website when I was buying, but when I contacted Support they refused to help or even address my concern - I asked multiple times specifically for the agent Kaan to help with this and was ignored. On top of that, the charger included the wrong plug for my location. Again, I think it’s Backmarket’s responsibility to have researched the country they’re selling in and make sure that the products sold are correct. They issued a ‘credit’ for this that doesn’t even cover the amount it will cost me to buy a compatible plug, not to mind an Apple charger. Absolutely shocked how awful the customer service was - not even willing to acknowledge the issue let alone provide any solution

So far so good, my last phone I tried was the oneplus 11 pro 12gb 256hd a great phone, I've the Motorola razor 40 now around 3 weeks have to say very impressed so quick very sharp picture and great photos, and best of all what a price , can't wait to try another phone

Very happy with my "Good" refurbished Pixel 5. Performs as expected and visually is in great condition. Only issue I would have would be with the delivery which was earlier than expected. I had rearranged delivery for 2 days later but it arrived anyway. Luckily my neighbour was around to accept the delivery.

Refurbished Galaxy A8, described as Good condition arrived at the early end of the delivery window in excellent condition. Very impressed with the phone specifications at a very reasonable price. Tracking emails at each stage of the delivery journey were reassuring. Phone arrived with power cable and SIM tray unlocking tool as advertised, but no setup link or instructions which was puzzling until I found the manufacturer's SIM setup instructions for this model online. Perhaps a similar link or basic setup instructions would be helpful in future, for those unfamiliar with this type of SIM tray. Otherwise, very pleased. Phone was easy to setup following the onscreen steps after a power charge and restart.

Got this phone for somebody as a gift and they are very happy with it. The phone was immaculate and I also got a case to protect it so hopefully it will stay that way. One thing I would recommend for the seller is some bubble wrap or foam in the packaging. Even though the phone was not damaged in transit, there was a chance it could of been. All in all it was a good experience and I would recommend this service and also purchase again myself
