It says I received the package and I still haven't received anything. It's a scam.

Been using my refurbished IPhone 14 Plus for about a week now and so far: great; what an improvement over my old IPhone 7 !!! Only have a complaint about the delivery: the IPhone 14 Plus, value of the refurbished device approx. €530, was stupidly dropped at the front door. What to do when the device had been taken by ????

I was initially more than a little reluctant to buy a refurbished device, but I have to admit I wasn't disappointed. My 14 pro max corresponds in every way to the description and my expectations. Let's wait and see how it works over time.

I was puzzled at first, but I've been using it for 2 days now and frankly I feel like I've bought a brand new phone, delivered in a pretty box from the refurbisher with a USB A USB C cable and the trick for opening the sim drawer. The only downside is the cable supplied, which I don't think is very good.

Pleasantly surprised. I ordered my iphone 12 pro max in the afternoon and received it the next morning by Chronopost! What's more, I chose it in "very good condition", and yet the device is as good as new, no scratches, no signs of wear, it's in perfect condition. My experience so far has been very positive, and I would recommend the Cadaoz reconditioner with my eyes closed.

This is the first time I've ordered a refurbished smartphone and both Back Market and the seller were up to the task! Perfect communication, fast, careful delivery and the phone is in perfect condition as indicated on the advert. I wouldn't hesitate if I had to do it again!
