First successful attempt at buying a reconditioned smartphone. Very fast delivery. Received in perfect condition, looks like new. Perhaps a little disappointed with the battery which does not last as long as my old Samsung but that's not so bad...

The order arrived ahead of schedule, I bought this mobile doubting because I had already been scammed first on another site in which the mobile did not arrive (which was also reconditioned) and the truth that overcomes happy, I bought it in excellent condition and is that this new without any scratches and came with its original box and with their plastics and everything. I recommend it :)

No words, better than new. The phone spectacular...(spotless, very good performance and performance). My congratulations to the company that made the reconditioned very good professionals and of course my congratulations to Back Market. The logistics very well, they followed at all times the instructions provided for delivery and at all times kept me informed of the tracking. It will certainly not be the only purchase I make here. And lastly, to all those who were suspicious of reconditioned products, please get it out of your head, it's really worth it. Thank you.

Hello, after having hesitated for a long time between new and used, I'm really super happy with my purchase, the delivery was super fast and the tablet is in superb condition, the battery I do not have enough distance but it seems to go, again thank you to backmarket, I will think more and more to reconditioned, that's a certainty, cordialeme

The phone is great. But I ordered a reconditioned phone and I end up with a brand new phone (packaging never opened, all the protective plastic on it, etc.). So it's a misleading sale, even though I wanted reconditioned phones with an eco-friendly aim. BackMarket is therefore being invaded by retailers pretending to be virtuous and that's a shame. Next time I'll go back to a genuine refurbisher like ecofone.

I'm delighted to have invested in my Samsung Galaxy A54! I bought it in perfect condition and it's as good as new. It took a bit of getting used to at first, as I wasn't used to Samsung anymore, but apart from that I'm really happy! It takes really nice photos and it's changing my life.

Hello, I think it's a shame that I wasn't warned that the product came from abroad, so it had an adaptor, and what's more, the invoice was without vat because it wasn't in France, so you can't get it back. If I had bought it directly from Apple I would have been able to reclaim the vat and pay less for it. But otherwise the iPad works fine.

satisfied with this second purchase of a reconditioned phone. I'm glad it was well packaged because the box was crushed on 1 side and someone tried to open it.

Everything is perfect but I paid 5€ more to have a faster delivery and it was mentioned delivery on the 10th, and finally received on the 11th, the free delivery was supposed to be the same day so I paid 5€ more for nothing. But apart from that, everything is perfect
