I made a purchase in good condition and not very good condition and I can't tell the difference. The computer is excellent, arrived carefully packed. Delivery on time, no keyboard problems and no scratches either. This is my second purchase on the backmarket platform with affordable prices for second-hand products still on the market and in impeccable condition. I highly recommend this seller and the platform: trust them!

There's one criterion missing from the search: Windows 11 compatibility. Because the laptop's processor is not compatible with Windows 11 and Windows 10 ends in 2025, so the laptop will no longer be secure.

Box in perfect visual and working condition. Very clean: it looks like it has hardly been used or that the person was very careful. It arrived packaged in its original box with battery, charger and strap, also original (or at least from Canon :)). Some nice surprises: it came with a remote control for remote shooting and a memory card. The only minor problem is that the charger's power cable is missing. Personally, I don't have a problem with this as I already have this type of cable at home.

The product meets the expectations I had. The delivery process was extremely fast and absolutely correct. In short, I am fully satisfied with my purchase.

Quality at the top, however the cash lens was broken it did not fit on the camera is it possible to return it?

The condition of the box isn't great but I think that's due to the journey, but otherwise everything's perfect!

I ordered a JBL charge 4 from via Backmmarket. The price was quite high I thought €137,- So far, as I've only had it for a week, everything works well. So I can't say much about it yet.
