I bought a French AZERTY MacBook Air! I did receive a physical AZERTY keyboard, but it was a QWERTY !!! Fortunately, Apple support was kind enough to intervene free of charge on my laptop to fit the correct keyboard! Even if you're very careful about the keyboard you want, Back Market will send you anything! Otherwise the device I bought in Very Good condition arrived in Perfect condition, it's brand new! But the cable and plug are not Apple, which is a little frustrating. Finally I recommend, but be careful with the keyboard or ask Apple support to help you configure the right keyboard. But it would be nice for Back Market to check the keyboard chosen before sending as this error often occurs in reviews! I also bought a refurbished iwatch which I received in perfect condition even though I ordered it in very good condition! In conclusion, very satisfied with Back Market, but be careful with the keyboards chosen and finally received.

I ordered the MacBook Air in good condition with a new battery. I am literally shocked by the cleanliness of my purchase! I'm extremely happy with it, it's in good condition with only 2 small imperfections (nothing really to worry about), it's great. I really recommend it, I'm really happy :)

It's not the first time I've bought from Black Market, I've never been disappointed and the only time I've had to send a product back it's been refunded within 48 hours. I bought a first generation MacBook Pro in average condition. It arrived for me in mint condition It was configured in American, it was a girl he had before, there was nothing to say about the appearance. Just the battery was at 85%, but that's in my general conditions I highly recommend

I ordered a MacBook Air 2015 because it was in my budget to do small office and surf the internet for Netflix and social networks. I'm very happy with it at the moment because I bought it in 'very good condition' and it arrived spotless, just a few small scratches that really don't show. A little scare when I switched on the PC because when I set it up I created a password with an English QWERTY keyboard without knowing it and when I opened it I changed the keyboard to French azerty in the settings so it was impossible to reset the password. With a bit of luck I managed to retype it so it was directly modified afterwards. Battery seems to be holding up quite well at the moment. MacBook received with its unofficial Apple charger, but new and still in plastic and working perfectly. Really nothing to say at the moment, I'm extremely happy with it. I bought it on the 5th and received it on the 8th. The DHL tracking went very well. The delivery man even warned me 15 minutes before he came to see if I was at home. The parcel was very well packed and looked after. I hope it will continue to work as well as it already does. A thousand thanks for this bargain!

Hello I received my MacBook Pro in perfect condition, but I haven't had a chance to use it yet, but there's a problem with the power supply! I didn't receive the original power supply but a power supply that plugs into the USB-C port, but for my DJ work I need all 3 USB-C ports and because of the power supply there are only two left !!!! Can you please send me the original power cable? At this price it makes sense! Thank you for your quick feedback BàV

The MacBook pro I ordered is in perfect condition and looks really good from the outside, but the keyboard is a qwerty modified to AZERTY (2 or 3 diffs including the enter key) and the battery has already had almost 400 cycles. I just wish I'd had the information rather than finding out about it.

The site is great, but unfortunately I'm going to have to send back the Mac I received last week because the battery doesn't last. When I first used it I waited for the battery to drain before recharging it. And then the charge was completely done, 02h00 after it is already at 17% so I hear it's a reconditioned but still I'm not satisfied.

The computer is very good and in very good condition. However, I had to contact Apple Support several times because the updates had not been done correctly, causing the computer to malfunction.😕

It works perfect, only had a very small mark on one of the edges of the keyboard on the aluminium. The battery with 300 cycles which is less than half the life, according to apple. It did not come with the original box but with new charger and the computer perfectly packed and protected. For only 300€ a very good computer. It is true that the OS is no longer supported and had Monterey installed, but Ubuntu works perfect and is upgraded to version 24.04 LTS. I am very satisfied with the purchase!
