The product is perfect, not a slight scratch, everything works perfectly and so far I am delighted with this purchase, I have a great mobile at a practically ridiculous price.the truth is that I recommend the purchase of these refurbished phones, I had my doubts, but today I am fully more than satisfied.thank you.

The Huawei P60 Pro mobile phone, which was purchased on the Back Market by selecting the 'excellent' option, does not show any marks on inspection, not even against the light: it looks 'premium'. Functionality is that of a new mobile phone, with no slowdowns or lacks. The camera (the important thing about the smartphone) takes excellent shots. The only flaw is the operating system of the P60 (and all other Chinese smartphones), which is no longer pure Android: something is struggling to run right (thanks to Trump). Also, Google services can be installed (just follow the countless guides on the Internet) but the phone does NOT come with Google Play on-board: should you buy a Chinese phone, you must now take this into account. If you are not tech-savvy, you will not have an easy time installing the alternative market equivalent to Google Play (which is called Aurora). From Back Market, I also bought my previous Huawei P30 Pro mobile phone, which was the last one to mount Google Play as standard. Apart from this difficulty, for everything else, the expense is worth the candle. Both the previous P30 Pro and the current P60 Pro purchased from Back Market have been successes!

The mobile phone is good. The condition is really excellent. Unfortunately, it is not the Xiaomi 12 but the Xiaomi 12 X. This has a less powerful processor, no inductive charging and no 6GHz WLAN. As these functions are not primarily required, I have not complained about it. However, please note that what was offered was not delivered.

Technically, everything is great. I even compared the sound with one on display at the local MediaMarkt. My copy only had a small blemish on the leather handle. I also think that was the reason why it was refurbished. But because you can't be sure, I would like you to include a note stating what exactly was faulty about the product and whether it was improved or not because (as in my case) there was no need for it etc. I am more than satisfied with the price. But I am more than satisfied with the price and the product. It arrived on time, I was kept up to date and I was able to save a whole €40... But it could have been padded a bit better on the inside. The original packaging was included but there was no appropriate protection. That's why it clearly gets 4.6 stars from me👍

Very happy with the purchase of my honor Magic 5 Lite, I found it at a very good price and in very good condition and having not had the model I ordered I was given a superior one with more memory and more storage capacity. I am very satisfied with the phone and with the service provided by Backmarket.

Perfect phone. After several years with Samsung, I had a bit of trouble transferring everything, but I finally managed. First test with Huawei, doesn't look bad at all (less than a week's use).

For the moment very good product ... the battery seems fine. All in all a very good product. I would recommend this product even more as Crosscall themselves no longer sell it, the only phone to last 5 years and more and I'm not the careful type.

The mobile phone is practically as good as new for real, the selection of conditions probably goes a long way in ensuring that it is in impeccable, at least physical, condition. The only thing to note is that the battery does not charge too easily, in spite of what is assured for this model with Xiaomi chargers and cables, which makes my nose twitch; I won't comment yet on its durability, although it seems very good. There is also a separate discussion to be made about the backmarket packaging: although made with sustainability in mind, which is a commendable element, it runs the risk of the mobile phone in question arriving practically pulverised: in this case, when the box arrived it was half crushed, probably due to the carelessness of the couriers, and when I opened the box the device was miraculously unharmed, and I speak of a miracle because there are literally no elements inside the packaging that could protect it. The screen is in direct contact with the cardboard, the phone itself is left floating in a cardboard compartment that 'should' hold it in place and protect it from shocks but in fact never could, as the device was smaller than the compartment needed to hold it in ...

The phone works well. But it has a few minor design flaws. In general, I find that Back market's descriptions of the performance of the devices are too succinct.
