I received the computer in really good status, It was working perfectly fine. It came clean inside and out, and until now It´s overcoming my expectations.

HI, The Laptop was delivered with incorrect Keyboard Config. I wasted item to sort it out and eventually emailed Supplier direct who were so slow and took no responsibility for the poor quality control of their product. The advised work around using other keys for the incorrect confiG!!!! Crazy My Expectation is such time wasting mistake should never happen and support is not up to professional standard. My First Exp with BACK MARKET , cannot recc to my clients

I bought an HP Elite with I5 32GB RAM and 1TB hard drive, and so far I am very happy with it. The state of conservation is unbeatable (it said very good). The battery life is around two and a half hours, so far it is perfect. It is the first reconditioned that I buy and I am very happy. I would repeat.

the PC arrived in perfect condition, apart from an imperceptible scratch, already loaded and ready to use delivery was very quick, I was not expecting this small note for couriers, if a number is left for the courier, please call him to avoid unpleasant situations. i have always relied on used and refurbished technological objects for many reasons, savings, product ecosystem and guarantee. i suggest this application even to those who are sceptical, they will think again

Arrived on time. Excellent appearance (looks like new) as stated in the description. So far works perfectly. Battery 100%. Very pleased. If it continues like this, I will repeat with reconditioned without hesitation.

It has been my first purchase, I ordered 2 laptops for my children, and both arrived on time and the truth in excellent condition to be reconditioned, as I ordered, except for two details one of them is that the screen has a scratch halfway up, and the other comes without the backlit keyboard, which was a feature of it. Otherwise so far so good, we will keep watching them. Thank you.

There are no scratches on the screen and the exterior is impeccable. Delivered well packaged and very quickly. I am delighted and recommend both the reconditioner and backmarket.
