HI, The Laptop was delivered with incorrect Keyboard Config. I wasted item to sort it out and eventually emailed Supplier direct who were so slow and took no responsibility for the poor quality control of their product. The advised work around using other keys for the incorrect confiG!!!! Crazy My Expectation is such time wasting mistake should never happen and support is not up to professional standard. I bought an HP Elite with I5 32GB RAM and 1TB hard drive, and so far I am very happy with it. The state of conservation is unbeatable (it said very good). The battery life is around two and a half hours, so far it is perfect. It is the first reconditioned that I buy and I am very happy. I would repeat.

Honestly, the buying experience could not have been better. It was the first time we decided to buy a refurbished computer and it clearly exceeded our expectations. The purchase process was quick, easy and the delivery was super fast. In two days, literally, we had the computer at home. It runs like clockwork and arrived flawlessly. Arrived on time. Excellent appearance (looks like new) as stated in the description. So far works perfectly. Battery 100%. Very pleased. If it continues like this, I will repeat with reconditioned without hesitation.

It has been my first purchase, I ordered 2 laptops for my children, and both arrived on time and the truth in excellent condition to be reconditioned, as I ordered, except for two details one of them is that the screen has a scratch halfway up, and the other comes without the backlit keyboard, which was a feature of it. Otherwise so far so good, we will keep watching them. Thank you.

I just wanted to say thank you to Back Market because it's my first online purchase and what's more for a refurbished machine it's really good quality so I'm delighted. Everything works and it's woooo little downside just the box but otherwise beautiful efficient machine I totally recommend ✅😊

I made a purchase of a refurbished computer and the seller was from Slovenia. No problem until days later, I had to cancel the card because I had two fraudulent purchase attempts, one of which was a jewellery shop in Slovenia. So I infer that you have a major security problem.

For a first purchase, I'm delighted; I chose this device "in perfect condition" because it was cheaper than the one in good condition. There are no scratches on the screen and the exterior is impeccable. Delivered well packaged and very quickly. I am delighted and recommend both the reconditioner and backmarket.

The product is hardly noticeable that it is reconditioned except for 2 details, a USB port is a little loose and it is difficult to make connection and the other detail is really silly, is that the rubber bands under the laptop that make it not move or slip are hard worn, I do not know if it is something that the company that reconditions them could change, but it is true that it is not so important, it is something more aesthetic than anything else and I will not even see it in use because it is below the laptop as I say. Apart from these two details the laptop has a pretty good performance, just what I expected.
