The order has arrived safely but I have not received the camera strap. On the other hand, I haven't received any cables and I suppose that the cables are the standard ones I have at home. Greetings Jesús Mª Miyar

I bought a Xiaomi Poco F5 Pro from Backmarket. The purchase and processing went really well. It even came with the original power supply although this was explicitly excluded in the description. However, when the mobile phone arrived (shipping was super fast) I was shocked by its condition. The mobile phone still had the original cover and was covered in fingerprints and dirt. There was a long scratch on the display. On closer inspection, however, I saw that there was a screen protector on the mobile phone. I then removed this film and the used cover and gave the poco a thorough clean and lo and behold: the mobile phone was absolutely as good as new without any scratches or blemishes. Top! I found it a pity that the mobile phone was not set to factory settings, but "only" reset. Accordingly, the language was in French. That would be better. If I buy a used product, then it can be cleaned and set to factory settings; that's what I expect as a buyer. Nevertheless, I am very satisfied with the purchase and the product and would buy from Backmarket again at any time.

Very good condition in itself. Quality well preserved only slightly flawed as expected for a second-hand product, moreover at a fair price. Slight flaw: With my headphones it was slightly noisy on the left side after listening for a while, but it goes away. (But not tragic in itself in my opinion)

Very good! The computer, as indicated, has a few imperfections but they are almost invisible. The battery seems ok and the computer works very well. It will just need a little dusting when it arrives.

For Mac, buy Fisheye dual viewer for 6€ to create a usable image (photo and video). Use the Insta360 app for easy editing.

Hello The iPad is in very good cosmetic condition, if not perfect condition if it weren't for this one centimetre-long scratch. It's barely visible when the screen is on and I usually forget about it because it's almost on the edge of the screen. Delivered in a shoe box. But well protected overall. Otherwise charger ok but the cable is Lightning and not usb-c so useless and buy a proper cable. Not mentioned in the advert I think. Otherwise it works quite well. The battery discharges a little quickly I think, especially when the eco mode is not activated. The problem is more to do with storage capacity. I opted for the best cosmetic state but I really should have gone for 128 or 256 gigs. I'm already close to 45 gigs on 64 gigs alone with the usual applications and a bit of audio sample editing. External ssd's take a long time to be recognised but I guess that's a software problem. Am I still in time for a possible return or exchange? Thanks

Product damaged during an after-sales return ... In September 2024 I bought a reconditioned Devialet Phantom II speaker from Backmarket. On receipt, I noticed a fault with the Bluetooth connection. The after-sales service asked me to return the device in its original packaging, which I did as carefully as possible. On receipt of the package, they told me that the device was damaged. From the photos I sent, it was clearly not a problem with the carrier, but at least negligence on the part of the repairer in handling it (it had become dislocated and had been opened). After a so-called investigation, Black Market's after-sales service sent the device back to me for full repair at my expense, on the pretext that the photos were not sufficient before dispatch. I don't understand this situation, which I find unacceptable. I therefore strongly advise you not to buy from Black Market: Avoid! Date of experience: 28 September 2024

A really pleasant surprise, I had no idea of the quality, even for an intermediate level. When I received it, it was like new, you wouldn't think it was reconditioned!
