I'm really shocked, no scratches, nothing at all. I ordered a second hand MacBook Pro 2015 at a good price, perfect to start with as I had to stick to my budget. I was scared because of the comments saying that the keyboard might not match. However, I received a QWERTY keyboard as expected, with battery capacity in perfect condition and only 34 cycles (which is excellent). I have no complaints. They even created a file explaining how to change the password and use a MacBook, which is very useful as it's my first time. As I mentioned before, I was worried about scratches, but it's in immaculate, like-new condition. Comes with a charger too. Thank you very much!

The PC arrived very quickly and in perfect condition. It doesn't look used at all and already had all the basic programmes installed for basic use. I didn't buy it for myself, so I won't have a chance to use it directly, but I did some testing and found no problems. This is not the first time I have bought from Backmarket. It is always a certainty!

Excellent experience. It arrived exactly as stated in the advertisement. The package arrived even earlier than expected. I then had a problem with the keyboard configuration which was promptly solved by the actual seller Karmatech. For the period needed for the modification, Backmarket followed me and assisted me with all the necessary communication via chat. I thank Backmarket and Karmatech.

Macbook complies with "very good condition" quality criteria. Delivered 1 day earlier than initially estimated. After 3 weeks of intensive use, everything is going very well. The only downsides are the US azerty keyboard, which doesn't bother me but I was expecting a French keyboard from the description (I'm thinking of the old-timers who are going to have a hard time finding the @) and the generic charger, which still heats up a lot. Many thanks to Backmarket for this opportunity and to Karmatech for the excellent and generous preparation of the device.

Dispatch approx. one week. Super packaged. First impression: like new. On closer inspection case with slight signs of wear (as described). Overall exceeded expectations. Display and keyboard as good as new ! Runs stably . Will make a great present for my daughter. This is how sustainability works !!!

The purchase went smoothly, the dispatch was even faster than announced. Unfortunately, UPS is not very flexible, but that's not Backmarket's fault. The device was also in top condition, better than expected. Only the battery life was a little disappointing. The information and selection options on Backmarket are not really helpful. I assume that the battery condition is "optimal"... but this is apparently related to the age of the device. I found the selection options/description at Rebuy somewhat better. Unfortunately, the device I wanted with the features I was looking for wasn't there. But for my purposes and for the price, it's good enough.

Everything is going well with my mac pro, the only little problem was with the delivery. UPS does its job half-heartedly and forces you to change the delivery method because the address supposedly doesn't match, when in fact the delivery address was the right one, but at the bottom of a small cul-de-sac.

The device is as good as new and it's a pleasure to have the ergonomics of a Galaxy A40 back - my 5-year-old "little oldie" fits like a glove!

the reconditioner was very serious, thank you. the only drawback was a lack of responsiveness when questions were asked.
