the MacBook Pro arrived on the expected day and I must say that everything was impeccable; perfect packaging and product as new, in the box they provide you with a battery charger with the original apple transformer and a new canvas cable of excellent quality (I prefer it to the original), I spent a lot of time searching for the ideal MacBook and the backmarket site helped me in the search through their filters, the product is exactly up to my expectations in terms of efficiency! the battery holds up very well (almost the entire working day) and recharges in just under 50 minutes with the MagSafe magnetic connector! the price is not competitive, I had visited 2 other refurbished items sites that offered me the same price but in the end I chose Backmarket and I don't regret it! I'll also look for a refurbished iPad for sure... and if I have to change pc I'll surely come back to them! thanks for the service Niccolò

The Mac I bought (condition: "very good") arrived in great condition, with hardly any easily visible marks. Everything was perfect except the battery, which was degraded. Back Market customer service made it easy for me to send the Mac in for repair, but the repair was never done because the reconditioner (MacBizz) didn't want to, so I got my money back. I highly recommend Back Market, but I hardly recommend MacBizz products for not bringing a good battery.

After a successful first order via BackMarkert for an iPhone 13 mini, I took the plunge with the reconditioner MacBizz for a Mac book with some apprehension in view of the amount involved. Delivery arrived 4 days ahead of schedule, which was great! Apart from my astonishment at the protection inside the parcel. No protection on top of the Mac, only a system with a plastic and cardboard that prevents it from moving around in the package and cardboard protection on the sides after I have no complaint it did the job but surprising considering the price of a Macbook ... The Mac is like new, no scratches, clean like new! The battery is 100% and inside it looks perfect too, so let's see how it goes in a while! The only complaint is the charger, which isn't as nice - it's scratched on all sides and the power cables are stained. After all, it's an accessory, so it doesn't bother me any less ;) I highly recommend the refurbisher MacBizz really top!

perfect experience, after I had a small battery problem, I asked for a return and ordered another MacBook (all within 4/5 days) thanks also to the always helpful and friendly customer service. now I have a Macbook in perfect condition and working.

I decided to buy my first macbook from Backmarket, and I couldn't be happier! The computer arrived quickly (I placed the order on a Sunday, and received it at home the following Tuesday), in the original box, with all the accessories sealed, and the battery at 100% (I bought it in excellent condition). I would never have said it was a reconditioned product if it wasn't advertised. Great value for money, I highly recommend it!

Item delivered in 2 days, so delivery was more than fast, even if the packaging was a little light (just bubble wrap around the product). However, the item complies with the description and works perfectly! For a 2017 model I'm very pleasantly surprised and would recommend it!

I have had to return it, the truth I have always bought and everything went great, but with this last purchase has disappointed me, the macbook was damaged inside, not cojía wiffy signal, I checked with internet technicians and not cojía the signal that should. Quite unhappy with the fact of buying and having to return it, as I said before I have bought a few times with them and everything was great but this time....

MacBook Pro 16 received in record time, Part on Monday received Tuesday, supplied with its original box plus on cardboard to protect it, charger and power supply from Apple, and its battery that original is 99% and autonomy is quite consistent with the machine, approximately 8 to 10h, everything is in excellent condition, except for small scratches on the apple (this remains the disease of all Macs with the silver / chrome apple it scratches easily) for a machine that has 3 years everything is ok on my side!
