The product was in good condition but the keyboard was not set to match the keyboard layout, which makes getting started with the Mac a lot more complicated

The device works perfectly and has been well looked after. Unfortunately, there are very clear scratches on the underside, but these do not affect the function and are not visible with a cover or during use in general. I am very happy with my purchase.

MacBook corresponds to its description and works very well after 10 days of use. The charger has a few scratches but this is negligible. Delivery was very quick. The packaging could have been more padded, I think, but everything seems to have gone smoothly in transit.

Great! Device top as described, very fast dispatch (arrived 1 day before the promised delivery date), everything just perfect. I was initially unsure whether everything would work out with shipping from Poland etc., but fortunately this concern was unfounded. The laptop was in great condition when it arrived, complete with original packaging, charging cable, etc. I mainly use it for university and to teach myself data analysis but the occasional Sims game is also included. In short, even with Notion + Safari with >5 tabs + Excel, there are no delays in its response time. Developer environment is directly integrated, so you don't have to download things first (I've seen Java, Python, C## and Ruby, but depending on your focus, there's bound to be more) Shipping was super fast and even arrived a day earlier than advised

I have only good words for this new acquisition. I am very happy with it! I highly recommend the refurbished one.

It arrived in perfect condition and works very well. However, two keys are inverted: the letter "q" and the letter "w". However, it was clearly noted on the advert that the keyboard was in "AZERTY - French".
