The ipad was like new in the original packaging it was a refurbished product by Apple. Great deal.

First refurbished purchase on the site. I am completely satisfied with this purchase, the iPad is like new, no scratches, perfect! And delivered early.

All OK! Arrived very quickly and in perfect condition. Only the box was damaged (I had selected "excellent condition") but I could see that both the iPad and the interior were new or almost new. The device was slightly charged, which allowed me to start initialising the iPad and use it for a good week before having to recharge it. I'm very happy! I've got an Apple Pencil that connects very well with it. Very happy with my purchase! It's my first purchase with Backmarket and I think that from now on I won't hesitate to take a look rather than buying new, it's definitely worth the money.

Very satisfied with my purchase! For the second order here I am still very satisfied with this experience! An Ipad pro 6th generation, 12.9p in excellent condition really very close to new (not to say new). A non-original box but perfectly designed for it, the cable is fine, just the plug (transformer) is a bit weak for an iPad, so it heats up quite a bit and charges slowly. But it does the job! Otherwise, fast shipping from the sender (in France). I'd recommend it again! 👍🏻

I'm delighted! Thank you so much! However, I should point out that the base of the charger is missing, as I'd understood that it was. Also, despite a sign directing the delivery driver, he decided to wear blinkers.... It's not your fault. I would recommend!
