Amazing laptop!! It’s perfect, works really good!

It’s a good machine overall it works perfectly but I was expecting something with better physical appe perhaps having hadchosen fair quality.

Absolutely satisfied with my purchase. The "reconditioner's" packaging is reliable and efficient. I knew the Apple brand, my old machine was already an iMac. This new version forced me to review my automatisms, but I did it with pleasure as it is so user-friendly. I was a bit worried about the reconditioning, but apparently it's a reliable and very economical solution. What's more, the machine I received is in perfect condition, as specified in my order.

I bought a reconditioned 2019 macbook pro 15" retina I7, 6 core, I couldn't make a better choice. Impeccable computer, really great with the touch bar which I like so much even though in the higher models they removed it. Everything in perfect condition, like new! And received 4 days ahead of estimated delivery date. Great!!!

I bought this reconditioned MacBook in excellent condition from Okamac. The computer actually arrived in excellent condition, almost as good as new in every part except for the thin silicone frame around the display which was very damaged and sticky, to the point of making it difficult to lift the display. I solved it by replacing the frame on my own, spending a few pennies but without being sure of the result (I'm not a technician). Overall therefore satisfied with my purchase except for this small defect, so I would say 4 out of 5 stars.

It arrived in terrible condition even though I bought the "Excellent" condition so I returned it and a little less than two weeks later they sent me one in perfect condition. Being a French seller, the waiting time is logical and I didn't find it too long. Everything seems to be going well so far, so I hope it stays that way (it's not the first time I've bought from here so I know that whatever happens if it's the fault of the reconditioner/Back Market, they'll refund you or exchange the product, whichever method you choose, so not too bad).

First of all, very fast delivery. I have been using this macbook for a few months now and I am extremely satisfied with it. I ordered it in "fair condition", there are a few bumps on the underside of the computer but you have to look closely, from a distance it looks like new. As for the inside of the Mac: nothing to complain about. This is my first Apple computer and I can clearly see the difference with computers from other brands: the speed is unbeatable and so is the performance. No bells and whistles, fast operation. I also have an iPhone and the two devices communicate perfectly well. I was also a bit worried that this model was too old (2017) for today (2024) but for student use (lots of Excel) and personal use it works perfectly well. In short, I highly recommend Apple computers and what's more this refurbisher is very satisfactory. It took me a long time to switch to Apple for computers but I don't regret it at all and considering the new price, refurbishing is an excellent alternative for a first purchase.
