Fast delivery and arrived in very good condition but no battery life. I even thought it was faulty at first because when I switched it on it went straight off. It has to be plugged in all the time, which is fine for my use at the moment, but it's still a shame, even though it's refurbished. I understand that some people prefer to buy new to avoid this kind of problem but unfortunately I don't have the budget.

The delivery went very smoothly, quickly and without any problems. The computer is perfect for what I expected of it. No bugs, no worries! I've had it for just over a month, and I hope to keep it for a long time. Really happy with my experience with back market, second refurbished device with them, I recommend.

You know as well as I do that the French are eternal grumblers. I'm no exception to the rule, with this difference: when the deal is good, you have to say it too... And that's the case this time! This Lenovo ThinkPad X13 Gen1 is in very good condition (perfect, not as advertised...). There are 2 scratches along the length at the bottom of the pad (about 15 cm) and on the strip between the top of the keyboard and the screen, which you can see against the light)... On the other hand, the battery is at 88% which is good (41850mWh/48020mWh). So I'm happy with my purchase. I bought this HP EliteBook in "very good condition" 1 month ago, the price is interesting because it's cheaper than new. The PC is in very good condition indeed, except for a few scratches on the screen cover and the bottom of the PC, but nothing serious. This was my first refurbished purchase and my first on BackMarket. No regrets so far.

Very good PC, responsive, the care taken in reconditioning and an undeniable plus, the price is incredible even for this range of PC.

I arrived a day ahead of schedule and in good condition, about 10 days ago that I have it and I'm enjoying it a lot, the only problem is that I can not activate the backlight to the keyboard, I checked on the hp support page if this particular model has that option and it appears that if but I'm not able to activate it, otherwise a good buy

The product is as described, very well packaged, works perfectly well for my use and the price is very affordable. For me, the wired keyboard and mouse are superfluous as I prefer to use a wireless keyboard and mouse.

Hello, I am very satisfied with the delivery time and the performance of the product. However, I was disappointed with its appearance as I was expecting fewer scratches on the top shell and wear and tear (keystroke marks) on the screen. I suggest that it would be a good idea to offer photos of the product's defects before sending it out, or failing that, to offer a sticker to hide these defects as a gift.
