The parcel arrived 1 day late, which complicated the organisation of receiving it. The product is not in the same condition as the one ordered. I ordered an Ipad in very good condition and I received an Ipad in correct condition. There is 1 scratch and 2 white areas on the screen. Disappointed that even with a photo of the scratch that should not be present, the seller refuses to adapt the price to the true quality of the Ipad sent.

I ordered a Samsung Galaxy A50 128GB. I was delivered with a new charger. Unfortunately the charger doesn't work. I had a lot of questions about starting up the laptop. Laptop or charger that had a fault. As far as the laptop is concerned, I find that it has difficulty switching from one application to another. I find it slow. Biometric identification needs to be reviewed... My Samsung Galaxy J5 is faster than the A50? Time will tell. For the moment, I'm baffled.

I ordered an A52s in "very good condition" from the seller "Saba advising". Not only was the phone not delivered on time, it was delivered 5 days late and I had to travel to collect it even though I had requested home delivery. But above all the phone was scratched on the screen and the back, with a bump on one corner and a button that moved. I am very disappointed with this seller.

Very good condition, but the battery is a bit weak...

Ipad arrived completely dirty, with lots of scratches on the back, even though I had ordered it in "very good condition". DHL's delivery was pitiful, as they didn't hand deliver the parcel and totally crushed the cardboard in my box.

On the whole, I am satisfied with what BackMarket has to offer, but I am rather disappointed with my latest purchase. Attention should be paid to third party sellers and unfortunately to carriers. The parcel was received with a strip of tape from DHL and the parcel appeared to have been opened and searched: the protection around the phone was torn. However, the seller wrapped the phone in bubble wrap and the screen protector was found to be broken (requiring replacement). Otherwise, the phone is functional and good value for money...

Disastrous delivery. Delay (always ready to be dispatched on the day of delivery) then DHL has the parcel and delivers it according to my instructions but Blackmarket tells me that there is a delivery problem and that it will take even longer. The parcel was already in my hands when I read their email .... Big communication problem between DHL and Blackmarket it seems... Ordered in perfect condition. Received in very good condition. €20 difference... Sound problem on call. I can hear the person talking to me, but there's a lot of crackling noise.... I'm trying to return it for repair... As for the rest, the A52s seems fine! You be the judge...
