This is the 3rd reconditioned phone I've bought, and each time I'm very happy with my purchase! (the last one lasted 3 years)

The phone seems to be in perfect condition and the price is attractive. I broke out in a cold sweat when the 1st charge didn't work. It was the cable that came with the phone that wasn't working. But BM replied very quickly to my email.

Super fast delivery 👍🏻 ... the iPad actually looks like new and works perfectly and the price is totally reasonable 👌🏼

It's a shame we can't ask you questions directly. I was wondering if it was normal for the ucb c plug not to hold the wire for recharging?

Back market has a very good selection of devices, my iPad arrived in very good condition, can only recommend it.

Good but sold with a non-Apple charger.

I've had the phone for a week and so far so good. It arrived on time, I also sent them the one I used and everything went great!

1. Delayed delivery of products. 2. Message in settings: "Unable to verify if this iPhone has a genuine Apple battery", "Unknown part". 3. Battery is discharged when the phone is switched off. On the other hand, the product looks spotless.
