Excellent!

The iPad arrived in excellent condition and worked perfectly from the start. I followed its route from Germany to Sardinia and it arrived on time. I am very pleased and will definitely buy from Back Market again. Besides, it's better for the planet to buy a refurbished product than a new one.

The iPad mini 2021 was reconditioned. It was impeccable, both the screen and the casing, corners and other elements. Like brand new. The power supply is not the original but it is identical and works perfectly. The head looks like the original. It had no box but considering the good condition, it is not important. Everything is perfect.

Nice product at a good price, unfortunately with me 10% of the screen does not work. In my case not important but still a shame. Otherwise absolutely fine!

I am not at all satisfied with your service. I ordered an iPhone 13 pro phone in perfect condition and received the product with a faulty screen. I made a claim to send the phone back to the retailer. The phone has been with them for 4 days now and I still haven't heard anything. I'm thinking of not ordering from you again.
