Great computer, drivers were not update but easily done so in dell website. Also would be good to have an option to add Ram, I went to a used parts shop here in Ireland (CEX) and got 2x of 8gb for 20 euros and much better performance. I knew what I was buying anyway but just a suggestion. Would buy again!

After questioning the refurbisher, BackMarket's customer service took the trouble to check that I hadn't made a mistake in my order for 2 identical laptops, one with a French keyboard and the other with a Spanish keyboard. I was very pleased that they had done this and that the order arrived on time and perfectly packaged.

Everything turned out fine. HP ProBook 450 G10 15.8" Functioned smoothly, looks like new, undamaged and unused. Packaging and shipping were very professional. All in all, I am very satisfied. Johan
