Upon receipt, the phone was 100% as described: no marks (scratches or impacts) present on the phone, 100% battery condition, and the phone is reconditioned with Apple certified parts. I ordered a refurbished iphone 13 mini white. The seller is from the Netherlands and I am very happy with the product. It arrived in just two working days in perfect condition. I ordered it in "Excellent" condition and it is flawless, not a scratch on it. The battery is at 87%, which is within the range as I didn't order it new. It has just arrived so I can only make an initial assessment but so far so good.

At the beginning of the week, I decided to buy a refurbished iPhone 13 Pro (Graphite, 128GB) from Back Market. I chose "excellent" as the item condition - and was not disappointed after a very fast delivery (order on Monday morning, express delivery on Tuesday afternoon). Visually, I think the device is really flawless. I can hardly see any scratches on the display or the casing - the term "flawless" is on the tip of my tongue. After initial tests, I can say that the iPhone works flawlessly, the maximum battery capacity is, as ordered, a full 100%. The touch display works wonderfully, the cameras take marvellous photos, the sound quality is flawless and the device simply feels great in the hand. I am completely satisfied with my purchase so far. The app should also be praised once again: Clear, easy to understand and the tracking of orders or sales works really well too. Based on this experience, I will put in a good word for Back Market!

happy new year to the whole team. After initially buying an iphone 13 pro from another refurbisher, we had a few problems: the locate function didn't work. We returned the device, exchanged it and sent a new one, which never arrived. In the end, I got my money back and ordered another iphone 13 pro, which I finally received this week: everything works perfectly, the battery is great, and the screen protector is included (which I hadn't noticed at first... I was surprised that the screen protector I'd bought didn't fit properly lol). In all these adventures I've retained one essential thing: top-notch customer service, able to respond quickly and find solutions to problems. This isn't the first time I've bought from backMarket, but it was the first time I'd had a problem with equipment and delivery. All's well that ends well, you just have to be patient. My current iphone 13 seems to be in top condition. Thank you

I've just swapped my 256GB iPhone X for a refurbished 256GB iPhone 13 Pro with a new battery that I'm going to keep for several years (I keep my iPhones for quite a long time, I'm not one of those people who wants a new one every year...). The difference between the X and the 13 Pro is enormous, and in its Alpine Green colour it's magnificent! I'm very happy with my purchase, although I'll have to wait and see, as this is the first time I've bought a refurbished iPhone... But frankly, it's as good as new, and at a much lower price!

Before buying on this site, I naturally checked the many reviews (99% positive). So I wanted to trust them and I couldn't make a better choice! The iPhone is in perfect condition and even though I chose the option 'standard battery, not new' I found it to be 99%! Super happy! I have recommended it to my friends and if I have to buy any other refurbished ones, I will always choose Back Market!
