Excellent product but not conforming to excellent in that there were two small marks on the underside of the shell and it was therefore not as good as new. Nothing major but still not as new . Display without scratches . Very fast delivery

Delivery was speedy. Of course, the tablet was not packed in the original packaging as described, but in a box of a suitable size together with a high-quality charger. And best of all, it was wrapped so securely in bubble wrap that a tank had to drive over it for the product to arrive damaged. Absolutely top. Original packaging is often worse! The device itself was bought in excellent condition and it really is. Even after a meticulous search, I couldn't find a single scratch, no matter how small. If it were in its original packaging, I would describe it as new! Am I happy with my purchase? - After a week I can't say anything to the contrary. Would I buy from Back Market again? - In any case, Back Market will be on my shortlist if I want to buy an electronic device again. It doesn't always have to be new.

Arrived quickly but with packaging that usually protected it but was placed inside a small plastic case that made it move without a minimum of screen and bottom protection, even hard plastic can ruin the screen. Having said that it is excellent with very few scratches as described level. It works well with no faults and the battery lasts a long time. If you can spend a bit more get the excellent because I previously got an excellent iPhone 13pro and it was really flawless new. Great service and the best prices on the net.

Beyond expectations, no visible signs of use whatsoever. I was able to set everything to my own preference flawlessly. Technically, the IPad also works excellently. I'm glad I was able to buy such a good product for relatively little just before my holiday. Recommended!

Only complaint: the packaging is quite fragile and can damage the product if you're not careful (simple bubble wrap + plastic box). The charging cable is not original, but apart from that it's perfect.

Product is in excellent condition, not a scratch on it, well packaged to avoid damage, with a charger and two charging cables plus a screen protector that goes on easily, thanks for everything, will buy again.

The iPad was ordered on the Friday and received on the Wednesday of the following week. I ordered the very good condition version. The screen was spotless, the battery was 88% efficient, the sides of the iPad without any marks, however the back of the iPad had two small bumps/dips that were not serious and invisible with a protective shell. I am satisfied with the product.

So far I can not be more satisfied Ipad 10.2 in perfect condition! not a scratch that I have been able to see... I chose the mid-range. Fast shipping, perfect packaging and protected. Very fast delivery. Very neat parcel: iPad impeccably packaged. Protective film, plug and power cable included and brand new. The iPad itself is in impeccable condition and its specifications correspond completely to what was agreed.
