    I received my laptop within a few days of ordering. The unit was in great condition and the price was good value. I'll definitely consider back market again for future electronics. There was one little issue that prevents me giving them a full 5 out of 5. The unit was shipped without a charging cable, usb-c. I had to go purchase from a local store. Apart from this my experience was excellent

    Love the product. Better than expected. Perfect condition. Only issue it arrived four days late. I really love the idea of reusing everything we can. It’s so much faster than my old IMac. Highly recommended for people on a low budget. You can get a great hi-end Mac for a quarter of the price of a new one, with a years guarantee. Price was a fraction compared to new one, but most importantly, it looks, works and feels like a brand new one. there is not a single scratch, not even around usb or any other ports. First bought second hand one from Amazon, 6 keys on the keyboard didn't work and HDMI port also. sent it back and still waiting for refund. I'm regretting not finding Back Market 1st. If my next purchase will also be that good, I'll praise Back Market even more... And by the way, shipping from Denmark to Ireland, right after new year in 3 days, that was really appreciated after Amazon Christmas experience...👍

    Great service. I've ordered regular DHL delivery and it has been sent with an express. I received a Macbook within 3 days. Mac is in excellent condition visually and performance-wise as advertised. However, keys w and x work quite hard and had to be pressed quite strongly to get them working. Overall, great.
