The device arrived well-packaged, and its appearance exceeded my expectations—minimal signs of use, no visible scratches, and a pristine screen. Performance-wise, it runs smoothly with no issues, and the battery life is excellent. It feels almost brand-new! Overall, I’m very impressed with the quality and would highly recommend buying from this seller.

MacBook arrived ahead of schedule and in excellent condition. Chose the condition "Good" and was very impressed, no obvious signs of wear and tear and definitely operates like new. 100% would recommend BackMarket based on this.

Love the product. Better than expected. Perfect condition. Only issue it arrived four days late. I really love the idea of reusing everything we can. It’s so much faster than my old IMac. Highly recommended for people on a low budget. You can get a great hi-end Mac for a quarter of the price of a new one, with a years guarantee. I am seventy years old, love Mac’s, but I will never buy a new one again as long as I have access to products of this quality.

Best buy in my whole life. Price was a fraction compared to new one, but most importantly, it looks, works and feels like a brand new one. there is not a single scratch, not even around usb or any other ports. First bought second hand one from Amazon, 6 keys on the keyboard didn't work and HDMI port also. sent it back and still waiting for refund. I'm regretting not finding Back Market 1st. If my next purchase will also be that good, I'll praise Back Market even more... And by the way, shipping from Denmark to Ireland, right after new year in 3 days, that was really appreciated after Amazon Christmas experience...👍

Pro’s Order received promptly. Device works well, fast and decent battery life. Con’s More detail on 3 spec of fair, good, excellent, should be detailed. Device has more scratches than expected for a fair quality marking. Overall The device is functioning well.

Great service. I've ordered regular DHL delivery and it has been sent with an express. I received a Macbook within 3 days. Mac is in excellent condition visually and performance-wise as advertised. However, keys w and x work quite hard and had to be pressed quite strongly to get them working. Overall, great. I would highly recommend BackMarket.
