I received the device yesterday. It seems to work fine and there are only a few scratches on it. But: there was hair (!!) in the appliance (brushes) and in the accompanying box, the filter was totally dirty and the padding of the box had come loose in several places (which could easily have been fixed with a bit of glue). I was aware that the hairdryer didn't look like new when it was in "good" condition, but at €311 you would expect that the "overhaul or renewal" of the technology, especially with appliances like this, would also include cleaning. I will keep the appliance and clean and disinfect everything myself, as the price was really good. However, for the first time (I have already ordered from Backmarket a few times) I am a little disappointed... a pity...
