    I bought the refurbished Samsung A71 for my wife, as she kept on complaining that the camera on my A71 were far superior to the ones her phone produced. First delivery: we were away from home and not due back until Sunday 24th March 2024. Late pm on the previous Friday (22nd), I placed the order, having noted that the scheduled delivery will be either Monday 25th or Tuesday 26th. The first delivery attempt was on the Saturday, the second on the Sunday (an hour before we got home), and the third and successful delivery was on the Monday. Am I complaining? No, certainly not, thank you for the prompt service. Second, the phone: The only indication that the phone wasn't brand new was the back-plate; but as my wife uses a cover, who cares? It was easy to set up and my wife is pleased with it. Phew! A new-ish A71 for half the price of a new one; thank you Back Market.

    Phone received extremely quickly. It is in perfect condition visually - I had ordered a phone in "very good condition" and there are no scratches, no defects. It also seems to work perfectly (used for less than 24 hours, so to be confirmed). Received with charging cable - no frills - in a package suitable for shipping. I totally recommend the refurbisher bafobu. For a first Back Market purchase, I'm delighted! The only downside (which is why I'm withdrawing one star) is the FedEx delivery, which is a bit of a head scratcher (delivery date changed without request, parcel notified delivered when not received, left in the letterbox without warning when a signature was required...). Perhaps another delivery service could ensure a smoother delivery.

    The phone is impeccable, clean and fast. However, it was blocked by Vodafone (the Portuguese operator): when you buy an unlocked model, that's a shame, not to say annoying. Price of the phone: 170€. Price of express unlocking: €60... This is the first problem I or my family have had with Back Market in a few years, and I will continue to use the platform for future purchases. On the other hand, and even though I understand that mistakes can happen to anyone, I don't recommend the partner OPTITEQUI and will be careful not to recommend a device reconditioned by this operator. But thank you to Back Market for offering this service! And a glitch won't change my use of the platform in the future.

    I was initially sceptical about using Backmarket for a replacement Samsung A71 phone, but I've got to be honest, I have my scepticism blown away, as I literally got a pretty much brand new A71 for a fraction of the recommended retail price. Wasn't bothered about the phone arriving in non Samsung packaging, but it came with an additional cable, and the phone is fully functioning in every single way. No complaints here. 😊😊
