I was pleasantly surprised when the phone arrived after 2 days (what i found funny is that i could see exactly where my phone came from, which turned out to be finland) to see that it looks brand new. protective film was even still on it all around and the phone is in mint condition with no scratches, spots or anything else. I am very satisfied with the phone and Back Market is definitely recommended in my opinion if you are looking for a refurbished phone.

I bought the refurbished Samsung A71 for my wife, as she kept on complaining that the camera on my A71 were far superior to the ones her phone produced. First delivery: we were away from home and not due back until Sunday 24th March 2024. Late pm on the previous Friday (22nd), I placed the order, having noted that the scheduled delivery will be either Monday 25th or Tuesday 26th. The first delivery attempt was on the Saturday, the second on the Sunday (an hour before we got home), and the third and successful delivery was on the Monday. Am I complaining? No, certainly not, thank you for the prompt service. Second, the phone: The only indication that the phone wasn't brand new was the back-plate; but as my wife uses a cover, who cares? It was easy to set up and my wife is pleased with it. Phew! A new-ish A71 for half the price of a new one; thank you Back Market.

Feels like having a new phone. Only the packing reminds that this is actually refurbished phone. It has been working perfectly since I've got it. Thank you for being out there with your services and making phones affordable.

Great buy, phone received in more than decent condition. Reported reconditioned but just for the form because really new. My wife has been using it for 4 years and is really satisfied. Today I'm returning to the back market site because she broke the screen and I have to edit the purchase invoice, I thought that a little personal feedback 4 years later would help some people decide to buy a refurbished phone. It's all positive for me, so go for it! And thank you back market for this purchase.

Phone received extremely quickly. It is in perfect condition visually - I had ordered a phone in "very good condition" and there are no scratches, no defects. It also seems to work perfectly (used for less than 24 hours, so to be confirmed). Received with charging cable - no frills - in a package suitable for shipping. I totally recommend the refurbisher bafobu. For a first Back Market purchase, I'm delighted! The only downside (which is why I'm withdrawing one star) is the FedEx delivery, which is a bit of a head scratcher (delivery date changed without request, parcel notified delivered when not received, left in the letterbox without warning when a signature was required...). Perhaps another delivery service could ensure a smoother delivery.

The phone is impeccable, clean and fast. However, it was blocked by Vodafone (the Portuguese operator): when you buy an unlocked model, that's a shame, not to say annoying. Price of the phone: 170€. Price of express unlocking: €60... This is the first problem I or my family have had with Back Market in a few years, and I will continue to use the platform for future purchases. On the other hand, and even though I understand that mistakes can happen to anyone, I don't recommend the partner OPTITEQUI and will be careful not to recommend a device reconditioned by this operator. But thank you to Back Market for offering this service! And a glitch won't change my use of the platform in the future.

Received perfect, like new if I have to put some downside I think and I'm not sure is the battery life, but it is also true that I use it a lot and may be for use, But overall a very well done job. Thanks to the staff of Back Market. Best regards
