    absolutely delighted with my phone! got it in good condition but really it's in excellent condition!! had a slight issue with delivery as I paid for express but was unable to receive the express due to bank holidays so I was refunded for this and the customer service was honest just fabulous!!     I can't fault you for delivery, the condition of the phone, etc., etc. but to be honest, outside of a better camera than my old Huawei, the phone itself is a bit of a let down. screen size is no bigger than the last one. No port for earphones...I missed that on the spec. Moving over my apps and data has been generally OK, but the whole navigation UX is lacking. Again, all not your fault. But thanks for asking.

    For me too, communication with Black Market is excellent. The device, Samsung Galaxy S22 5G 256GB - Black, was delivered very quickly. The condition of the device was described as 'good', but as far as I am concerned it is as good as new. You can see very small marks on the side, which are invisible and would be there anyway after a few weeks of use by me. Important to remember that the refurbished phone is not waterproof like brand new ones. If it falls into water you have to throw it away. If you buy the additional warranty in case the phone falls into the water and no longer works, only then will you get a refund. This is my second refurbished purchase and I am really very satisfied with it.
