    I took a couple of weeks to test my new refurbished smartphone before writing a review, and I have to say that I am 100% satisfied with it! I gave it to myself for my birthday and I wanted it to be as close as possible to the idea of the 'perfect smartphone' that I had: a battery that lasts well throughout the day, a very good camera (practically excellent) and for once I even had a clear idea of the colour! I made sure to choose a retailer with good reviews (even doing some googling, I admit), I had some patience in the search and selection and in the end my waiting paid off! The phone that arrived corresponds exactly to the idea of the 'perfect phone' I had, the conditions were absolutely met (I had chosen an 'Excellent' model) and the waiting time was also very quick! If I add to this the fact that it is a refurbished smartphone and that I have therefore saved money and reduced environmental waste, I am even happier! Great first experience!

    In reference to my recent purchase, I had anticipated receiving the original packaging as I had selected the "excellent" condition option. However, I was disappointed to find that the phone arrived in a damaged box with a "healthy food" sticker attached to it. The only protective packaging was a single layer of bubble wrap, and some brown wrapping which is insufficient for ensuring the safety of the device during transit. Despite these concerns, I am pleased to report that the phone itself appears to be in excellent condition, with only a minor blemish on the top right corner. The screen is pristine and free of any scratches. Overall, I am satisfied with the product and would consider purchasing from Back Market again in the future. I highly recommend this company to anyone considering a refurbished device.

    I bought a Samsung S23 Plus Lavender for my daughter. I chose one with a good price. Shipping was on time as expected and I found out it came from France. The phone was perfect although reconditioned, no signs of wear on the glass, edges and back, it looked almost new. Unfortunately there was no original box but at least there was the cable and pin to change the SIM. I also tested the phone and it was perfect, no glitches. I am very satisfied with this purchase and this seller. Thank you !

    I ordered a Samsung Galaxy S23+ in perfect condition. The phone I received was as described. Unfortunately, I realised that it was intended for the Korean market when I tried to install Samsung Pay. To avoid any problems with location or networks, I decided to send it back. I was promptly refunded. I'm disappointed that you can't tell if the smartphone you're buying is suitable for the French market. I think Back Market should be more transparent about this. I'm currently waiting to receive another S23+, this time bought from a French retailer. Hopefully it will have a French software version and Samsung Pay compatible.

    1st experience in buying reconditioned I must admit I'm bluffed, extremely fast delivery, phone in perfect condition, no scratches and totally compliant with the description.
