Completely satisfied with BackMarket's service. This is my 4th refurbished smartphone and everything has always been perfect. The refurbishers have so far kept all their promises. My Samsung S23+ arrived on time, in perfect condition (as mentioned in the advert). After 1 month of use, everything is fine, nothing to report.

Second time returning to Back Market for a refurbished phone. I was never fond of the thought of a refurbished phone until I took the risk and saw how good they were! The model I brought was 'good' condition and there isn't a single scratch or mark on it. Lovely beige and silver edging! Responds fast, battery is amazing, is like brand new phone! Also traded my old phone in for cash straight to my bank. Very happy all round! Highly recommend Back Market!

Very surprised at the incredible condition of the phone 😉 everything works perfectly well and the battery lasts several days compared to my old phone. Just goes to show that you hear everything and anything about refurbished phones.

In truth, I was not very confident because of the way they are reconditioned, which is what people always say. Well I have taken a chance on one with battery 85% in excellent condition and so I have come. 10/10 the mobile and 10/10 the delivery. I recommend it

The Samsung Galaxy S23+ purchased in "perfect condition" is very decent, the battery, even if it's not new, lasts a day with fairly intensive use. The phone is as described and works perfectly. My only regret is that the sale did not specify that the phone is an unlocked US model. For those who want to know, I have no problems with my package at the moment (about 2 weeks after purchase) and I have access to everything I need.

All in all I'm very pleased with my Samsung S23+ I still have quite a big upgrade to upload onto my phone once that happens I will have a much more advanced phone. Thank you back market this is the only way that we can survive in our society is by refurbishing our old tech. Thank you soooo much I could never have afforded a new one.

I purchased a Galaxy S23+ advertised as in Excellent Condition. Delivery took one day and I was very pleased to see that the phone was like New. I traded-in my old S10+ which I thought was in Excellent Condition, the return packaging was supplied by Back Market. My assessment was excepted and the Trade-in value was transferred to my bank account. Back Market kept me updated on the progress of my purchase and of my trade-in, from start to finish. I am very happy with my 'New' phone and recommend Back Market to all.

Great device at a good price. + photo function Screen quality Smooth navigation between the app store Fast delivery - Device got very hot after one that navigated in a car & Battery also went dead quickly, so turn brightness down when navigating. I bought a Samsung S23 Plus Lavender for my daughter. I chose one with a good price. Shipping was on time as expected and I found out it came from France. The phone was perfect although reconditioned, no signs of wear on the glass, edges and back, it looked almost new. Unfortunately there was no original box but at least there was the cable and pin to change the SIM. I also tested the phone and it was perfect, no glitches. I am very satisfied with this purchase and this seller. Thank you !
