    Samsung S23 phone arrived faulty. While its appearance was pristine, the basic phone feature - the microphone was not functioning. It was very disappointing, as I spent a day customising the phone and transferring the data, and all the other time I spent in research. Had to send the phone back. The item return was smooth,free, got the refund within company's set time line with no further messing which is good.

    I've just received my Galaxy S23. First impression, the device is very well packaged. Secondly, the phone was delivered in its original Samsung packaging. It appears to be in perfect condition.
